4 giorni stupendi in un luogo di pace e con una vista splendida. Tutto il personale dalla reception ai camerieri dei 3 diversi ristoranti sempre disponibili e attenti a soddisfare ogni nostro desiderio o risolvere problemi.. per noi era il primo luogo in India e ci siamo sentiti a casa

Amazing stay❤️❤️It is the greatest spot to relax in the city center with delicious meals and homely atmosphere, recently renuvated. This was my second vist, safe for solo travelers. With the lakeside scenery and birds chirping, the mornings and evenings are incredibly beautiful and have a cozy, calm feeling. Fantastic experience, Highly recommended!

Good central location near bus station. It is in its own compound with 24hr food facility. The receptionist people are welcoming and nice and the other staff too. Room is clean, decent size and bathroom clean too.

Lake Palace, Udaipur, il più iconico, il più fotogenico e fotografato hotel del mondo. Una tappa ineluttabile ed imperdibile in un viaggio in Rajastan. Ed è per questo che ci vanno tutti: anche quelli che si presentano, a cena, in ciabatte, pantaloni corti e t-shirt: inqualificabile. Ci vuole rispetto, attenzione e considerazione per queste mura di marmo, per questa meraviglia del mondo che va conservata anche nel comportamento degli ospiti. Credo sia necessario, leggi obbligatorio, un dress code, o meglio un code of behaviour per tutti coloro mettono piede sull'isola. Le camere sono, nella grande maggioranza, molto piccole, i bagni microscopici ma in passato dovevano essere i locali dove dormivano le concubine e quindi adeguate a loro, poverette. Abbiamo avuto però la fortuna, il secondo giorno, di rientrare in barca con Mrs. Kartika, conosciuta il giorno precedente e manager del ricevimento. Aperta parentesi: è la ennesima donna manager che incontriamo ed è magnifico constatare che anche in India la condizione femminile, pur con grandi difficoltà, sta emergendo autorevolmente. Chiusa parentesi. Ebbene, è stata così gentile da farci provare l'ebbrezza della Maharani suite, dove al mattino dopo, al risveglio, abbiamo visto rincorrersi sui muri fiumi di luci riflesse dalle ondine del lago che attraversavano i vetri colorati e ne assumevano i toni. Magico, grazie a Mrs. Kartika per una esperienza che porteremo con noi tutta la vita. Sul Lake Palace c'è poco da scrivere, il fascino è tale che qualsiasi parola non basterebbe. Con questa recensione finirò purtroppo di menzionare il ns. accompagnatore, Mr. Dipendra Singh di Roop Nagar. Abbiamo girato il mondo ma mai abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare come guida un amico. Italiano perfetto, colto e preparato, elegante simpatico e spiritoso. abbiamo sempre cenato in Hotel ma per pranzo eravamo sempre in giro o in trasferta. Dip andava sempre in cucina nei vari ristoranti locali per verificare cosa ci mettessero nel piatto. 2 volte ha cucinato lui personalmente. Risultato? Mai avuto il minimo problema di digestione, di peso sullo stomaco o peggio.......Un fenomeno, ma ne hanno fatto uno solo, dopo hanno buttato via lo stampino. Fine, Bye bye Rajastan, il viaggio della vita.

Hey It is one of the nice and beautiful place I visited...I liked the views of the resort..and also one of the staff members (Bhavesh Yadav) who treated me very good and take a great care of me..He is a very good person.Who gave me a room service.

Albergo splendido, immerso nel verde con pavoni che girano liberamente nel parco della struttura. Palazzo in marmo bianco e verde tipico della zona, nuovo e ben tenuto, sempre pulito e ordinato. C’è una splendida piscina con lettini e ombrelloni disponibili e si possono anche fare due passi in zona, ci sono anche negozietti di souvenir appena fuori dall’hotel ma prestare sempre attenzione. Il personale è disponibile e cortese. Cibo ottimo, è l’hotel indiano in cui abbia mangiato meglio poiché oltre ai loro tipici piatti offrono anche cose diverse, un po’ meno speziate per i palati più delicati.

The best part about AURIKA is thier courteous staff... kids friendly environment.. They never say no to your Child.. I am super super glad after my stay.. to name a few I have Mr. BARNWAL, PARISIDH, CHEF SANJAY.. They just did thier best.. property is very very beautiful.. with scenic beauty.. just one thing the room and amenities are distant.. so little time consuming.. but they will make the experience memorable for sure.. food is good.. more options can be added to the dinner.. bf was 👏 🤩

Overall had a really good experience. A few blips - at time of check in I had requested for an upgrade against a voucher. Was told they would check and let me know, however there was no revert at all. At breakfast I asked for a customised omlette at the live station and was waiting to see it prepared. The chef said he would send it to my table. 20 mins later there was no sign of it....maybe egg had not hatched 😀. One of the staff volunteered to check and came back with a completely different type than what I had ordered and a not so hot one. Clearly someone who had not taken their order was passed onto me. Not wanting to waste food, I unwillingly ate it. In my friends room - 121 the carpet under the bed was placed crooked, not so in my room - 122. The tea/coffee setup in the cabinet needs a automatic light inside, else when u open the cabinet it's pitch dark, and u may not want to switch on room lights in case your partner is asleep. Also the kettle needs a pull out to bring it to the front. Unfortunately the cord length doesn't permit it. We had kept the complimentary chocolate plate aside to relish it later. But on both days housekeeping took it way when they came to clean the room. Hope these niggles will get addressed and future guests don't face the same problem.
