Nice hotel and very clean and good service

今まで滞在した中でもトップクラスで良いホテルでした。 部屋も広くて、綺麗で、部屋からの眺めも最高! 朝食も豪華で、毎朝楽しみでした。スタッフの方もとても親切で、いつでも丁寧に対応してくださいました。 看板猫のクロネコも可愛かったです。 ギョレメよりもウチヒサルの方が高地にあるので、景色が全体的に綺麗で個人的にオススメです。(気球スポットまでもそれほど遠くない。) カッパドキアに来たらまた泊まりたい!

Uygulamadan aldığımız odayı değilde başka oda vermeleri , itiraz edilince odayı değiştirmeleri başta hoş olmasa da düzgün bir davranış olarak karşılamadım, bahsedilen ikram falan da olmamış tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel değil artık

午間退房時個人用品忘記留在浴室，並且下午時間還停留在該酒店二層露台，房間保潔阿姨未做提醒退還，比較影響下一段旅行。該酒店的人員服務意識和規範管理還需加強！

First of all, they never told us that this property will not let us see the hot air balloons in Cappadocia. Yes they are located in that same area but too far from Goreme we spent almost 1800 turkish lira going to and from Goreme to have dinner and see some scenic views. They even charged us a cash basis of 600 turkish lira per person from Nevsehir Aiirport group transfer costing us 1200 turkish lira. They also invited us to join the red tour with an expensive price of 60 EUROS per person which is pricey compared from other agencies that offers it comparable also from GetYourGuide. Our hotel room smells awful, the mirror on top of our room was broken and has cracked before we even settled and checked in. The whole property looked different from the posted photos on their ads here, as the concierge told us that hot air balloons cannot be seen from their terrace, the whole terrace was so rusty, dirty, untidy and unkempt wherein a lot of unsafe things are in there, they did not informed us that they are due for renovation or refurbishment but on actual stay there for 2 hours it made us decide to move and transfer to another hotel in Goreme instead please see attached photos for your reference please dont book this hotel as we paid £126 for March 10-13 which was 4days, 3 nights stay supposedly. We cancelled it but they did not gave us any refunds even we aired our concerns to them and with ******* where we booked it. Very annoying experience from us really. I would not really recommend to book this one for your future stays in Cappadocia.

The Best Boutique Hotel in Uchisar The room is quite and comfortable. No Fog smell. Room is large and beautiful. A little bit expensive but it deserves. The restorant seasight is great in the morning and in the night. The persons Ahmet is so polite Thanks to them. The breakfast is great and delicious
