Very uncomfortable stay here. The bedrooms are badly designed, especially for anyone tall. A shelf directly above pillow location on bed, I don’t know how more people don’t have concussions, we hit our heads sitting up . The mattresses are hard, the pillows are too soft, almost flat , and have an odd textured fabric on them which includes other guests hair. We used our folded clothes as pillows. Walls are very thin. Could hear conversation in the room beside, and a baby crying three rooms away. Bathroom is tiny, no shampoo provided, I was told to use the hand soap on the sink. No holder for this in the shower. Breakfast was unpleasant. Not efficiently laid out, difficult for guests to get access to the food . Not replenished well, when we were there no fruit, no pastries, no butter, no eggs. Only bread, some cheese, meat available. Packet juice and poor instant coffee from a tap. No cappuccinos etc. The location is ten minutes from the Altstadt and promenade. There is nothing in the immediate location except residential homes and a school. No shop, cafe, restaurant, or even a bus stop. The place itself has zero a**osphere , it’s like a warehouse. No idea why it is called a bed and breakfast, could not be further from the concept of a warm welcoming place. Staff were friendly on arrival, but I was surprised to be asked to prepay. No luggage storage facility provided on checkout, and worse, directed to lockers at the Bahnhof that didn’t exist. When we returned we were told we went to the wrong place, but no map or address was given. Highly recommend finding anywhere else in Überlingen to stay.

Fantastic location with parking, walking distance from the lake and promenade. Extremely comfortable room with kettle. Good choice at breakfast with very helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and good shower. Highly recommended.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, aber die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Die Gestaltung des Hotel war witzig. Überall waren rot gestrichene Fahrräder. Ein Fahrstuhl war vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und gut und beinhaltete auch warme Speisen. Der Speiseraum war freundlich gestaltet und die Sauberkeit dort wurde sehr groß geschrieben. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber und verfügte über einen Wasserkocher. An der Rezeption gab es kostenlos Kaffee. Es bestand die Möglichkeit sich Fahrräder auszuleihen. Man muss Kurtaxe zahlen. Dafür erhält man die Echt Bodensee Karte. Mit dieser erhält man kleine Vergünstigungen und die Busse sind dann kostenlos.

Cadre industriel plutôt réussi Les chambres sont spacieuses mais une porte de sdb en verre, c’est moyen pour la discrétion, d’autant que la ventilation bruyante se met en route. Mal insonorisé et la circulation sur des escaliers en métal, ça s’entend.

Chambre moderne et spacieuse avec tout le confort souhaité (Bouilloire en chambre, café, thé et eau minérale gracieusement offert). Local à vélo attenant. Situé près du centre et du lac sans en subir les nuisances. Buffet de p'tit déj digne d'un 4 étoiles extrêmement varié, garni de produits de qualité et pouvant satisfaire tant les becs à sucre que les amateurs de mets salés! Une belle surprise et, de loin, le meilleur buffet de tous les hôtels visités autour du lac! Un vrai régal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Junges, modernes Hotel das sich auf das Wesentliche konzentriert. Zimmergröße ausreichend, gutes und bequemes Bett, top zentrale Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und höflich. Frühstück echt super. Kostenlose Parkplätze ink. Möglichkeitum Fahrräderunter zu stellen. Leider Bad recht klein und keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer auch wenn wir es vorher wussten.

Für einen Besuch auf der Landesgartenschau hatten wir das Rote Haus gebucht. Der See und die Innenstadt sind in ein paar Minuten erreichbar (Rückweg bergauf). Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren wie alle anderen Mitarbeiter, sei es beim Roomservice oder Frühstück durchweg ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Zimmer einfach aber gemütlich, in den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen. Das Bad ist relativ klein aber funktional. Parkplätze sind vorhanden ebenfalls eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet und aufgrund Corona mit Bedienung angeboten. Die Auswahl ist absolut ausreichend. Für einen Kurztrip absolut empfehlenswert, für einen längeren Urlaub hätte ich gerne mehr Komfort.
