Ресторан -сервиса нет, официантов тоже не найти,лучше пойти налево от отеля , там тут же 2 ресторана подряд (Посейдон,вино). В целом , неуютный отель. Вместо душа высокая ванна, куда не каждый залезет. К отелю нет прямого подъезда , на дороге остановка запрещена,куда то вперед припарковаться можно. И ты с чемоданом карабкаешься по крайне неудобной лестнице. Завтрак норм , все необходимое есть. В принципе , если только переночевать,сойдет, за мою цену за номер(большой достаточно,, ванная тоже, но в ней прохладно, особенно зимой.Предпочитаю Hilton, лето лето, даже Евразию.

Всегда рекомендую именно эту гостиницу своим друзьям и коллегам , сама живу в Тюмени и считаю отель лучшим по расположению для знакомства с городом , самый красивый район города у набережной , центр рядом , в этом же здании прекрасное кафе с чудесными завтраками и один из лучших рыбных ресторанов города . Пешком можно дойти и до пешеходной улицы , до Филармонии .

Окно не закрывалось, вентиляция работала со звуком реактивного двигателя, стойкий запах канализации. Персонал на замечания не реагировал. Заселяли долго, не смотря на коллективное бронирование и явное отсутствие других постояльцев.

Встретились семьей в отеле между перелетами, но к сожалению один рейс был отменен и, в аэропорт муж поехал один, оставив супругу с утра на пару часов на завтрак до запоздавшего трасфера,и в качестве гостя. Администрация отеля ворвалась в номер, в шесть утра, ходили по помещению не смотря на раздетый вид супруги и пошли на принцип , хотя произошла ошибка и простое недопонимание при оплате бара, и супруг находился вне online во время перелета, для звонка- подтверждения. Отель не рекомендую по причине оскорбительных действий под предллогом.

Обслуживающий персонал просто УЖАСНЫЙ. Владислав грубый и не хочет или не может общаться с гостями. Отвечает на «Отвали» второй не знает ничего. Плюсы только в номере, чисто и комфортно. Светлые номера.

Отель скатывается все дальше и дальше. Ни одного положительного отзыва за последнее время. Персонал работает некачественный, отчётные документы с ошибками. Охранник петушиного вида так вообще даже делал попытки руки распускать и обязываться. Избегайте данной гостиницы.

Низкая клиентоориентированность. Жуткий шум от не исправной вентиляции. Запах канализации в некоторых номерах и не исправная бытовая техника. При этом полное отсутсвие у персонала желания решать проблемы. Не помогло даже то, что номера бронировались в большом количестве для расселения участников корп совещания. Отказалась от заселения.
