The only concern was at check-in. We arrived 1.5 hrs. earlier than the posted 3pm check in time, along with another traveler not with us. We were told that no rooms were available until 3pm. It has been a long time since I had to wait until the posted check in time at any hotel. But no effort was made to get either party a room for the slightly earlier check -in. The attendant working the check in was not very friendly and certainly not helpful.

The tv reception was poor. There was no channel guide and the staff had no idea how to help

The curtains on the hall window on the second floor had brown stains on them. They were like that the 3 days we were there despite my telling the front desk Either rusty water stains or someone spilled coffee. The toilet didn't flush. Just overall needs a revamp.

While the staff was nice the property condition was far from the review I based my stay on. The bathroom floors were stained and the grout was coming out in chunks, the furniture was old and the drawers in the dresser did not stay closed. There was no signage to get to the hotel and the road the directions gave to turn on was closed so we had to drive around trying to figure out how to get there. You have to cut through an auto store or fast food restaurant to reach the hotel. Would not recommend

Rooms were not ready for 3 o’clock check in. Staff had no customer service skills and the rooms are dark and outdated

Service was slow. The fridge was broken so we had to change rooms. They keys stopped working the next day, & we had to get new ones.
