First thing, I was hit with a $45.00 early check-in fee. I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 am and was informed that if I wanted immediate access to a room, I would be required to pay a US$ 45.00 fee. Secondly, they do not clean their rooms on a daily basis. I was shocked when the front desk Manager informed me the rooms were not cleaned daily.

Loved the hotel but very disappointed about the pet fee. Your Hotels site quoted a lower pet fee but when I checked in, the pet fee was $50. We were exhausted so I didn’t try to find another hotel. Small parking lot but overall nice place.

Friendly staff, hotel was clean, breakfast could have more of a selection. Only downfall during our stay was the pool wasnt operational during season. Overall we would return

The staff always accommodate our leaving my mother’s car while we drive her south to be with family. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We choose this hotel every time we go to Tyler.
The breakfast set up with one small cup dispenser for coffee was a little hard for those of us who are hearty coffee drinkers.

I loved our stay i just wish house keeping would have cleaned our room and gave us new towels. But overall we loved our atay.

Vacation in Tyler
Stayed two days. They did not clean the room on first morning. We had to ask for towels.
Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. Beds were super high. It cost too much for laundry so couldn't wash clothes.
Things were adequate. Decor was awful. Very dark in halls.

The property was nice but I will (not) use ******* again, the price I was charged by going
Online was over $30.00 more than paying the hotel directly. Rate that was in the 90's ended up being $160.00

Location and property was very nice. Some trouble with room key. Television did not work properly. After several attempts and asking for a different room, we were finally able to settle down and rest. Room was very clean, bottom of bathroom toilet needed cleaning. Very comfortable bed.

No deposit returned
Well first off i had a reservation and when i arrived on the property my reservation was showing declined payment. But i call the bank and it showed I had already paid for the room before i ever got there. Yes the room was nice and clean..At the end of stay we cleaned the room stacked all dirty sheets and towels by the door and we took all trash out of the room.That was 2 weekends ago and still haven't received my 50$ deposit back that should have went back on my debit card..
