When you walk through the front door you will be in the living room- brand new flooring installed fall 2021. 55 inch flat screen smart Tv- feel free to sign into your own Netflix or smart app account. Through the living room is the kitchen. To the left of the kitchen is the first bedroom (twin bed) Memory foam mattress . Up the stairs (12 stairs) are two small bedrooms (queen bed & twin bed. ) . At the top of the stairs there is a AC window unit(this is NOT a central air home) so feel free to turn on if the home gets too warm.The bathroom is located on the main level behind the kitchen. BRAND NEW BATHROOM REMODEL (October 2021) Beautiful tile shower and modern design.The outside of the house is nautical blue to go along with your beach vacation 🏖 . Our driveway can easily fit 2 cars. There is an outside hose to wash off sandy beach feet 🦶🏽.
