Keine Ahnung wir oft ich hier mit meinem ältesten Bruder schon gewesen war? Aber immer wieder gerne. Heartland ist für mich=Tuzla.In meinem Auge ist es quasi so wie eine Marke dieser Stadt geworden. Ich liebe Tuzla sehr und das habe ich meinen Bruder Ali zu verdanken.Er ist der grund,wieso ich mich in diese Stadt so sehr verliebt habe. Leider verliert Tuzla Jahr für Jahr mehr an Freundlichkeit. Sie bilden sich zurück und beschäftigen sich zu sehr an das Materielle,dadurch spielt der Charakter keine nennenswerte Rolle mehr.Im Hotel ist dies nicht der Fall.Der Inhaber Ibrahim (Spitzname:Brayke,ob es richtig geschrieben weiß ich nicht) und die Inhaberin Dina sind immer stets sehr freundlich und Respektvoll.Naja,wenn man in dieser Branche tätig ist,dann sollte man es auch sein,sonst wird es nichts mit der Kundschaft.Die Zimmer und duschen sind groß,aber es kommt drauf an,welches Zimmer man bekommt.Es sind keine Standart Größen,denn bei einigen Zimmern sind die Duschen wesentlich kleiner,nur zur info! Das Frühstücks Buffet ist reichlich und man bekommt auch ein Omelett.Was dem Hotel sehr gut tun würde,wäre ein Aufzug😂.Keine Ahnung wie oft ich meine Koffer schon hoch und runter getragen habe? Ich bin zwar sehr sportlich und athletisch gebaut,aber auch ich habe meine Probleme damit🤔😄,sorry Ibro und Dina😇. Von der location her finde ich das Hotel sehr toll und auch gemütlich,es ist sehr warm eingerichtet.Es ist nicht nur ein Hotel,es besitzt ein Café,eine Bar und auch ein Restaurant,also alles im einem. Wie ich schon betont habe meine lieben Leser und Leserinnen! Tuzla ist sehr schön,aber im Sommer um so schöner.Das problem ist,das die menschen sich nicht zum positiven ändern und damit habe ich ein großes problem.Das problem herrscht allgemein in Bosnien,wie zum beispiel auch in Sarajevo. Das ist auch wiederum der Grund,wieso es mich nach Serbien zieht,geschweige nach Belgrad.Denn die Freundlichkeit nimmt rapide zu und die Menschen ändern sich zum positiven,werden freundlicher.Aber das hat auch mit der Bildung was zutun.In Bosnien-Herzegowina steht man auf dicke Autos,aber es gibt keine anständigen Straßen,wo man sie fahren kann. Naja,zum Hotel wieder! Nachts ist einer da,der wache steht,dieser Mensch ist so was von freundlich und lieb,einfach nur toll.Ein ältere Herr an deren Namen ich mich nicht erinnern kann. Nicht zu vergessen auch eine Frau,deren Ehemann vor einigen Jahren verstorben ist,auch auf deren Namen komme ich nicht. Sie ist die freundlichste Frau in ganz Bosnien und Herzegovina❤❤.So extrem lieb und freundlich,Respektvoll.Würde ich so alt sein wie Sie,ich hätte sie sofort und ohne wenn oder aber geheiratet.Sie ist in Sachen Freundlichkeit meine Traum Frau.
