Hotel and facilities are great, what you'd expect at a 4* Turkish resort. but we've eaten out 4 out of 7 nights because even just after dinner opens at 7pm, food is cold and limited choices, the other night it was veal, Seafood stew, chips or cold BBQ. We're not food snobs by any means but do like a choice. The breakfast and lunches offer choice. The al a carte is closed until June apparently so we didn't even get that option. We tried to get our toddler some ice cream some afternoons the machine wasn't working but we couldn't if it was broken or they couldn't be bothered setting it up. So again ended up walking in to the village to get one. Although the hotel has a kids pool ans club thats about where kids things stop. There are no child friendly cutlery or plates and you have to specifically ask for a plastic tumbler for them. The mini disco is the same 5 tunes EVERYDAY, the Birdie song, okeykokey and some other songs in other languages, on the 3rd night none of the children wanted to join in. The Pirate ship slide has had the same dried bird poo on it since we arrived and we have asked if they are going to clean it, the closed the kids pool for 48hrs due to pump issuse, but still didn't clean the slides. The staff are all lovely & friendly dispite the initial impression given by the 2 men on reception when we arrived mid-afternoon, they can be best described as a wall of noise! Just getting louder and louder saying they wanted our hotel voucher which dispite me telling them numerous times we didn't have one they just kept on, they wouldn't accept our booking confirmation. Eventually when our toddler was getting in the way running around, they gave us a room but said we had to find the voucher and go back. Later I saw 2 ladies on reception, I explained, gave them the confirmation, they photographed it and all was ok!
