Location very good in the city centre. You can walk to the museum and lake in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants and a good supermarket minutes away. Staff at check in very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, if you like Chinese style. Room was spacious and modern. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time! Aircon was reasonable - temperatures outside were still quite mild for Turpan. However, if I was booking in the summer months I would check reviews on Trip beforehand to make sure it was coping with the high temperatures. No fridge in the room, which was a surprising for a modern 4 star hotel and would be another disadvantage in the summer months there. Breakfast only starts at 0800. On the day I left, I had to get a taxi at 0750. The lovely ayis in the kitchen gave me a box of food to go and slept encouraging me to take even more food! However, no one was on at reception at that time! Overall, good in many areas but needs to improve in others.

2024年新開業，酒店位置俱佳，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，卧具乾淨。有一股淡淡陽光味道。性價比很高。
前台維吾爾族美女，熱情大方，服務周到。堪稱西域新一代美女。強烈推薦，不虛此行。

這次的入住體驗真的好到爆，氣派的大廳，還有好喝的咖啡價格也不貴，洗護用品有淡淡的香味，前台的美女服務也很好，長得也很漂亮。停車場非常大，可以免費停車，很滿意的一次入住體驗。

入住時送了掛耳咖啡，酒店有早餐，停車場很大，旁邊就是各種美食餐飲，吃飯很方便，房間的隔音不是太好，走廊裏麪説話房間裏面聽的很清楚，建議洗漱用品換成小瓶份的❗

大品牌肯定不一樣，這次來吐魯番無意看到，淡季價格性價比簡直太高了，平時衹有出差才捨得住萬達品牌，無論硬件設施還是前台服務都相當棒，物超所值啊，而且帶有智能化控制系統，方便太多了，還有服務機器人送東西，連一次性拖鞋都舒適，停車場也大，不擔心回來沒車位，樓下就有高級飯店和大型超市，真是幹什麼都方便，之後再來一定還是萬達美華酒店。前台美女們都好漂亮，新疆姑娘就是好看。對了，還送了果盤，而且看帶着孩子，還主動給多送一份拖鞋牙刷之類的。服務意識簡直太強太主動了。

淡季出行的性價比超高，酒店很新很乾凈，唯一不足的地方就是淋浴間有點小，而且由於地面隔水地方密封不太好，水都滲到隔壁廁所了。

過來出差第一次入住這家酒店，環境沒得説都很好，房子空間大，床品舒服，周邊吃的豐富，位置屬於吐魯番市新城區附近。房間不知道是窗户漏風還是中央空調的問題，有點兒涼。早餐種類中規中矩，建議在酒店客房內放一個裝東西的手提袋，便於遊客平時裝東西使用，上面打個酒店的廣告什麼的，相當於廣而告之了。早晨問前台要一個裝東西的手提袋也沒有了。

酒店乾淨整潔，前台美女服務特別好又很專業，基本可以做到有求必應，房間寬敞明亮，設施也很新，房間窗簾和燈光都是智能的很方便，床品睡着也很舒服，酒店還有健身房和洗衣房，洗衣服也很方便，洗衣機裏洗衣液柔順劑都是加好的，不用單獨購買。酒店的早餐也非常好吃，品種多，口味好，還有現煮的餛飩，周邊美食也不少，酒店旁邊的拌麪館的過油肉拌麪太好吃了，滿滿一盤子肉，下次來吐魯番還會住在這裏。很滿意
