Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Overall, we had a great week away at Numa Bay Exclusive but we did have quite a few issues along the way. 10 of us (6 adults, 4 children aged 4-9) came away to Numa Bay 28th oct-4th Nov 2024. We booked 2 family rooms and 1 superior room. We booked our airport transfers separately through Airport Taxi Transfers, paying €149 return for a private minibus, which was considerably cheaper than On the Beaches prices. We were very impressed with the transfer, being efficiently picked up in a modern minibus with a TV which had access to YouTube videos. The only issue is we did order 3 car seats which weren't passed over on the booking form, so the kids had to manage with the minibus lap belts. The journey took 1 hr 50 min which included a 15 minute stop. On arrival to the hotel at 11pm we were given our room keys and entered our rooms to find out we had been given the wrong rooms. Rather than the 2 family rooms we booked which have 2 separate sleeping areas (a bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge), we had been given 2 standard rooms, to which one only had 3 beds in a single space and the other 3 beds and a camp bed in a single space. We returned to reception to question the rooms to find out the room allocation on their system was wrong. We were then told the hotel was full and they couldn't do anything till tomorrow. We explained that wasn't acceptable as we didn't even have enough beds. We then managed to speak to the manager on the phone who 'miraculously' found a family room we could have and an upgraded standard swim up room (which has a mezanine area for 2 kids to sleep up top). This room gave some of us an upgrade to eat in the a la carte restaurant every evening if we wanted to. We asked for the 4th sofa bed to be set up and bedding provided in the family room, but unfortunately this took over an hour with very tired kids. On returning to reception multiple times that night, I spoke to 3 other families who also had been given the wrong rooms, so I do wonder whether there had been an issue with their booking system. Our family room (1602) was good and a decent size. It was on the land corner side of the building and the balcony was massive wrapping around the entire 2 sides of the room. I had expected the bedroom to be enclosed off to the lounge area, however there was a random 3ft gap between the 2 rooms despite there also being a door the other end. The facilities in the room were good, towels being replaced everyday. The beds were very comfy and aircon was great to have. The safe didn't work initially. Unfortunately it took 2 days and 4 mentions to staff to fix it/replace the batteries. The hair conditioner wasn't great so I would recommend bringing your own. The shower surface was also super slippery and no bath mats provided. We ended up just putting a towel on the floor of the shower to save the kids from slipping. What a amazing stay I would recommend this great hotel to any solo travlers or family's food was great staff were amazing especially Dean from gusst relations and victkor head bar man and waiter could say a bad word about this place. Room was unreal and so clean and house keeping team always did a great job. Shout out to deano. Would say one thing avoid the ice gave me bad belly

Myself and my boyfriend visited this hotel and stayed for 10 nights in October. From start to finish the staff could not of been more welcoming, they always had a friendly face to greet us with and always went the extra mile. Dean at guest relations was amazing with anything we needed help with, and made us at ease, especially about being in a different country. The Halloween party that the hotel threw was extraordinary. The attention to detail was far above average, making it an amazing night. The hotel was spotless, the food was amazing with a variety each night, including around the clock snack bars! Definitely recommend this hotel, whether it be for young families or couples. Amazing stay, and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday !!

This hotel is fantastic🎉. We have been travelling to Turkey for over 20year and this hotel stands out far above the average. The staff are so welcoming and caring with no alteria motives and do not hesitate to cater to your needs. In particular, the guy who works round the pool Ramazin, works so hard but keeps smiling all day as well as being so helpful, carrying our belongings everyday. The lady who makes the flat bread everyday also works really hard but stays happy and friendly despite long ques of people. Dean from customer relations works rentlessley but is always smiling, helpful and knowledgeable. The guys in the Ali Baba restaurant have been excellent everyday we've eaten here and look after us so well. In the morning we were served by Raichm for breakfast and he did little drawings for the kids to keep them happy, they really loved this. DJ Kajez was also brilliant playing all the best tunes day and night. The bar staff and Patisserie staff were also great and we had the best frozen coffees. We will definitely be back.

Returning guests amazing place❤️we absolutely love the Numa bay! Traveling with kids from 5-14 years and so much for them to do! Big shout out to Dean( Steve) who has been absolutely amazing during our returning visit! Definitely an asset to the hotel! As is Victor both go above and beyond! Hotel is so clean 🧼 Entertainment brilliant! Good and drinks they deserve a Michelin award! You will never go hungry! Or thirsty strong good quality drinks! Coffee bar is amazing Hotel is situated in a beautiful location! The wok house was amazing! Alibabas is brilliant especially the snack service! Beach is beautiful 😍 Returning guest party was fabulous and made you feel like family! We really don't want to go home!! But be sure we will be back next year for a visit of not before ❤️ Thank you Numa bay for another wonderful stay!

I have been travelling to Turkey for over 25 years and have been to a variety of different hotels. This trip was my first time to Anlaya. We travelled as a family of 4, as two adults and 2 children age 5 and 8 years. The moment we arrived I was impressed with how grand the hotel looked. There was juice, apples, mints and Turkish delight in reception. We were checked in quickly and our bags were taken to our room. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The food at the hotel has been excellent for the whole two weeks we've been here. We have always found something to eat and there is so much choice. The kids buffet was a great idea too. The restaurant staff all work really hard clearing tables and they are very polite. The kids club was very good, again made special by the staff Akin and Martina were excellent with the kids. The Al la Carte restaurant was excellent and again the staff were all friendly and attentive. Our drinks were always really nice and this is the first hotel in Turkey that uses good spirits,all cocktails tasted like they would back home. The entertainment team go out of their way to keep to involved and busy. Jonny and Kayta in particular always make time to check in and make sure everyone is having fun. The people working around the pool don't stop all day collecting glasses and we've never seen dirty glasses or plates being left. The evening entertainment was really good and the kids enjoyed the mini disco, we enjoyed the shows especially the Colombian dancers who were outstanding. The spa was clean and staff here were also really friendly. The guest services team were the best I've ever had on holiday. Nothing was too much for them. One lady discovered it was my birthday and she arranged for the room to be decorated and a small gift was sent. The main man of Numa Bay is Dean from guest services. He walks around all day checking that people are OK and dealing with any requests. He went out of his way to make sure we knew where everything was and what was available as guests. He always has a smile on his face and its clear he is extremely professional and good at his job. We knew if we did have an issue (which we didnt) that Dean was the man to sort it. We heard other guests say exactly the same. We love Numa and will definitely be coming back!!
