What a fantastic first holiday with our three year old son! All of the staff were so great with him which helped me feel much more relaxed. Reception were great at taking control at checkin and getting us sorted as soon as possible after we arrived quite late at night. The food was fine - never short of something tasty to eat for any of the meals and the cooked to order stations were a nice touch. Special thanks to the entertainment team Yunus, Ali, Derin, and ?Adele who did most of my morning gym sessions which I loved - a great work out to help keep me feeling good while eating and drinking so much! They were all fab with Joel even though he had so much energy and did his own version of the mini disco! The beach was a real highlight and the choice of pool and waterslides helped stop the holiday feeling samey. Thanks everyone!

We have just got back weather was amazing for this time of year and hotel was clean and lots to do !! Lovely staff and entertainment were brilliant especially Yunus!! Made my little girls holiday and ours. Disco was great and loved karaoke night, loads of different cocktails to chose from and food. We are going back in July and can’t wait.

26 march to 2 April 2024 - one parent with two children age 12 and 9! WE LOVED IT!!!!! Honestly exceeded alll expectations! Had to come back to write a review, The food was amaaaaazing and to be fair it WAS VARIED after like 2 days they’ll switch it up! I would know because I ate non stop! From the grilled fish, chicken and beef outside to the chips , burger and pizza section outside, to the wide variety of lunch and dinner options! Ice cream and ice lollies for kids, the resort was gorgeoussssss and very BIG!!! They even had SUSHI night, my daughter was in heaven lol Drinks unlimited, I honestly done a water cleanse but we were inundated with drink choices! The waiters will even ask and offer you drinks whilst sitting and eating at the restaurant. There was even a snack section just for cakes and hot drinks. Spa included, they were kind, efficient, helpful, ALWAYS CLEANING Beautiful resort!!! So happy we stayed here, I was nervous after realising it was such a journey from the airport but I loved and it and my kids loved it? We didn’t even get to make it to the private beach Only thing I’m not a fan of is the cats LOL

Amazing break, hotel very good and clean! The Animation team are the best especially Derin, such a lovely person and made the holiday for us. Only smallest negative is the food, we never went Hungry and always found something to eat but we did struggle towards the end but I suppose that’s like most all inclusive holidays. No bars and restaurants in walking distance mostly shops selling the same stuff. Location not brilliant but enough going on in the hotel so wasn’t to much of an issue for us.

First of all lovely hotel this is my third time returning to this hotel, very clean, right on the beach and lots of shops right outside the hotel. Food is great from breakfast to lunch and tea! Snack bar is by far the best! Easy to get a sunbed in the mornings. You also get served at any of the 3 bars quickly, ones even open 24/7.Staff are amazing especially the animators, shout out to Emre, always up for a chat and a laugh!

Had a great family holiday here, 13 people of all ages. Is it truly 5 star? No , but for what you pay it's generally excellent. Personally thought the food was great for an all inclusive, had some lovely meals. Some picky eaters might struggle in the main restaurant, but wouldn't go hungry. Facilities were decent and well thought out. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Staff were incredibly efficient cleaning up after people. Alcohol was of low quality, but you can coach a half decent drink out of most staff. Entertainment was above average . I'd go back without much hesitation, but not in August just too hot, particularly at night when humidity kicks in. All in all had a great time , don't know what the complainers are on about , frankly.

I am struggling to see why some people have issues with this hotel. We arrived at 2.30am and we had to wait a little while as others were being checked in. However there was a 24 hour bar and there was food available. Check in was simple and we were shown to our rooms. Yes the rooms are basic but clean and well stocked. The staff were absolutely amazing, all of them. There were plenty of sturdy loungers around the pool and the pool was a great size and also clean. I personally enjoyed the food as there was the option to try something different every night. The a la carte restaurants were also very good. Food was fantastic. I had hammam and massages in the spa. Staff were very attentive and very respectful. The shops were immediately outside the hotelband managed to have great banter with some of the shopkeepers. We ran into some personal difficulties whilst we were there and I cannot thank the guest relations ladies enough for their kindness and support. I would most certainly come back..... Thank you for an amazing holiday Tip: If you want to barter for goods, try the smaller shops in the back streets.
