The hotel is very nice – well-organized, with a great atmosphere. The food is abundant and absolutely delicious, with lots of variety every day! The spa of the hotel is truly excellent! I had the best hamam and massage experience here. The staff are real professionals, highly skilled in traditional Turkish massage – simply magical hands! Everything was perfect. Highly recommend the spa service – truly exceptional!

Good for people who loves russians, they r everywhere and that was annoying. Elevator broken twice. At 7-8 o’clock can not find empty sunbed. People leave towels on the beds, then disappear for all day. Hotel staff don’t know how to sort that problem. Very friendly staff, special thanks for Ibrahim. Young people serving drinks …very patience with russian customers.

This is the worse hotel I have ever been to the staff at reception are so rude if you have a problem they are against you and will not help you at all they stuck up for there own. We had three power cuts in a week two with in one night still letting people in the restaurant to get food in the dark which is health and safety there as some one knocked in to me and my glasses fell on the floor and broke I went to reception and asked if they had any super glue to put me on the man turned around to me and said it’s my problem and to go buy some glue. We had to ask for clean towels everyday bathroom in your hotel rooms smells like dirty water. The toilets near the pools have no lights in during the day and it’s so dark in there. You get people coming out of there rooms at 10 at night screaming at you in there launague for walking on the corridor talking and the staff don’t do anything about it.the shower fell of the wall when I was taking a shower hit my head and landed in my foot witch left a bruise went and told the man and reception and he turned around and said he will have to go see what damaged I have coursed not once asked if I was ok. Avoid this hotel

There was no technical service at the hotel after midnight the receptionist helped us and adjusted the air conditioning, friendly person he is the only staff member working at night and he does everything by himself. We went to reception to give a gift but we found out he only works the night shift I only give 5 ***** to the receptionist who works at night mr Ahmet thank you so much for everything

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. The owner seems to save money by reducing electricity costs at the expense of the guests. The air conditioning is turned off in the Restaurant, in the Lobby, in the Elevator, etc. The room's AC is turned off as soon as you open the balcony door or leave the room, so when you come back to the room you are met with high heat that takes at least 40 minutes before you can cool down reasonably. If you say anything about it at the reception, you get in response that "The boss wants it that way".

This hotel is horrible, from the staff at the reception being very horrible and aggressive, to the rooms being very dirty... You pull your bed frame and its hell under. The toilets are not properly cleaned, there is dust all over the place. The furniture in the room are so old and need an upgrade. Anyways, to summarise, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, It is a 2 star hotel in my opinion. I did not enjoy their services at all, once you disagree or complain about their services, they become very aggressive and there is nothing you can do as the language barrier is already there. Lastly, I am never ever stepping my foot in the hotel and lastly, I repeat, this is not a 3.5 star hotel truth be told to them so they can improve on every aspect of their business, even to the state of the room walls to the creaking noise the room door makes, when opening and closing. This is sure a 1.5 - 2 star hotel.

I went with a family of 10. The customer service at the front desk is the worse I’ve ever experience. Front desk worker Ali was very rude with no customer service experience, he needs training. The food was ok but not a variety of fruits only melon.

I came here with my children and my freind and her children, there is no life guard on the slides ; big kids climbing up the slides so the little ones can’t come down, even blocking th entry to the slides made staff aware they did not care not intrested very moody staff even at the bar asking for drink nobody understand a word of English! You have to point!! Rediculous! Won’t rerun.

I was a bit sceptical about coming here after reading the reviews, I'm so glad I ignored them, as we had a brilliant week here, all the staff are so friendly, and I mean all, the rooms and over all hotel was clean, pool was lovely, BBQ on every night but if you didn't want that there was other foods inside, lovely hotel, I would definitely recommend, and we will be back 😊.
