This is my first negative review after visiting more than 30 countries. We booked this hotel for four people (2 adults + 2 children) with a standard room, as that had always been sufficient in the past. The hotel allowed us to reserve it, so we assumed the room would be reasonably sized. However, when we arrived after 3AM, we were shocked to find a room of approximately 12 m², with one double bed, one single bed, and only three sets of towels. When we asked reception for an extra bed, they brought one—but it couldn't be set up unless we removed two small chairs and our suitcase. The bed also blocked access to the balcony and turned the entire room into one large sleeping area, leaving no usable space (photos attached). The next morning, we spoke with the front office manager, Caner Kücüker. He informed us that all standard rooms are the same size and even showed us two identical ones. There was no point in switching. We asked him to add the fourth bed just to see how they imagined four people staying in this space. He messaged someone in front of me and said it would be done in 15 minutes. Nothing happened by the evening. When we followed up again, someone came to set up the bed—and it confirmed what we feared: the room became completely unusable, with no space to walk around (see photos and video). As this is only the beginning of our stay, I can’t speak to the full experience, but the vacation is already spoiled. The staff either can’t or won’t help, and the issue remains unresolved. Rooms like this should not be offered to families of four, especially for first-time guests who don’t know the room layout. Update (Day 3): We managed to speak to the general manager, who immediately offered us a slightly bigger standard room (about 2 m² larger), but with smaller beds. We declined, as repacking three suitcases didn't seem worth it for such a minor change. Other notes: The animation team is okay. Lifeguards are polite and doing a great job. Bar staff are friendly, but the drinks are poor quality and often run out of something. The restaurant is decent—limited food options, but you won’t go hungry. Fruits were the same every day: apples, pears, and oranges (end of May) Reception is rude and unhelpful. You have to ask for everything you’d expect in a 5-star hotel, and they often argue. For example: We left empty shampoo bottles in the sink in the morning and found them placed back on the shelf in the evening—still empty. When we asked at reception after spending the whole day at the beach, they said they would bring new ones in 20 minutes. However, it was already 8 PM, and dinner time is from 7 to 9 PM—so we had to choose between waiting or eating. We requested to change all four pillows on the receiption after few nights, as they were very uncomfortable—hard and difficult to sleep on. We were given only one replacement, which unfortunately wasn’t much better. I do not recommend this hotel and would not return. It is definitely not a 5-star
