250 km north of Rovaniemi, near the village Raattamaa and Pallastunturi fell. Lake Hommajärvi 70 m (length 230 m, width 170 m), deep shore, pier. Shore is in shared use with couple of cottages.
Wooden chalet, built in 2014. Living room, kitchenette, one bedroom (two 90x200 cm beds together with a uniform mattress topper). From the beginning of January 2024, a second bedroom with a 140 cm wide double bed is also available. TV -area in the loft. Sauna, washroom/toilet, 2 showers, also separate toilet. 2 covered terraces. Total of 3 televisions, and wireless internet 4G. Travel cot.
Yard building where you can eg. wax skiis. Exercise and fitness equipment and TV. Two fat bikes, a mountain bike. Walking poles, four pairs of snowshoes.
During the summer and early fall of 2023, renovation and maintenance work is underway in yard. The igloo building in the yard is closed for the time being.
NOTE: Cottage is rented for a maximum of three people. A cozy cottage, with large windows that open Pallastunturi spectacular fell scenery. Quiet area, only couple of other cottages in the area.
Ski trail beside. All the area services nearby: hotel Vuontispirtti 1km (open in high season), reindeer farm 5.5 km, where canoe rental and possibility for meals. Nearest shop, restaurant and riding stables in Raattama village 6 km. Pallastunturi ski resort and visitor center 33 km.
No pets allowed (prohibited after 10/2016). Neighboring cottage 10009 Villa Biegga.
