My wife and I stayed here on the 13th and 14th of November, 2024. Our observations are as follows: The room is large but the bathroom is tiny. There is no wash basin in the bathroom. This is a basic requirement of any hotel. There are no hangers for hanging clothes or any hooks. Towels were given only after we asked for them. They did not look very fresh. The lift provided is tiny and can handle barely two persons. Very poor service. The receptionist slept until 8 AM and woke up only reluctantly. We had to go out ourselves for a cup of tea. Room service is zero. There are no decent restaurants around. We ordered dinner through Zomato and the receptionist could not give him clear instructions about the hotel location. His verbal communication is poor. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
