Friendly staff. Nice big, clean room. Not a huge breakfast but enough to choose from. Hard-boiled eggs helped sustain us for our hike.

The hot tub was only available by appoin**ent and when I checked in it was booked for the entire duration of my stay. Fitness room was very sp**** with minimal equipment.

Hotel is great! We are a family of 4 and stayed here to go do some day hikes. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
My only suggestion is they tell customers there is no day service to empty garbage etc. I don’t need my room cleaned daily, but I didn’t know we were to leave garbage outside the door for pick up. Not an issue just would be good to tell customers that upon check in.

Our bathroom floor was covered in hair and we had to re-connect the flusher on the toilet. We were unable to use the hot tub facility as it was "all booked up" but we were never informed in advance that the listed facilities were required to be booked in advance.

Was super clean and shiny in rooms and common areas. Staff was very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again and will be referring 😃
