Aveva una grande esperienza di entrare con Jennifer. Aveva bisogno di un multitask, ma non perdeva un battito. Dopo aver fatto un check-in e aver trovato il signor John Perez a gestire meglio il bistro e il bar, e poi un pro. Era molto amichevole e personalizzato. Ho ordinato le ali, ma non avevano la salsa che sperava di avere. Beh, John è arrivato con Jennifer e hanno creato e bella salsa per morire. We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a conference being held on their at their on site conference center. The hotel grounds and common areas were in great condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The conference facilities were also top notch. It’s in a good area with lots of shopping and dining in the area if you have a car (most is a little far to walk). From the public facing elements, there’s not much to complain about. Until you get to your room. We had a suite for the conference and were extremely disappointed by the rooms. They are terribly in need of a refresh. The carpet was so loose that it had waves that you tripped over. It also had huge stains on it. The beds were fine but the chairs and couch in the suite were so old and dirty looking that nobody wanted to sit in them. Even the tables in the room were beaten to hell. It was a good sized pair of rooms that would have been nice if it had furniture purchased in the last decade. In the bathroom, the shower had a removable head attached to a bar you could move up and down. At its highest setting, my 5’2” wife couldn’t fit underneath it. I’m taller and had to use it exclusively in handheld mode. It was a dumb setup. The final issue that made me mad was they charged $12 for parking. They have a huge parking lot and are away from other businesses. There was no need to charge for the parking. If you want to charge for day conference attendees, fine but make it free for your guests. I would recommend looking elsewhere until they complete some upgrades.

La stanza era buona. Il personale era molto amichevole. Piscina e tubo caldo erano bellissimi e puliti. La stanza non era molto pulita, avrebbe certamente potuto utilizzare una buona pulizia. Quando arrivarono, erano vecchie francesi, non solo una o due, ma erano così vecchie che erano nere; e le lavaste erano secche, che si era svuotate su una delle tavole del letto. La porta della camera dell'hotel era rotta e richiedeva una buona chiusura e chiusura. A parte la pulizia della camera, era una buona esperienza. Sicuramente rimarrebbe lì.
