Good experience, really enjoyable experience, wow and wow again

Location is good, average room size, friendly staff. However the shower cubicle is very small & not suitable for plus size person.

The price was amazing. The positive is the big size of the family room and 3 bathrooms. Extra ordinary is the geat water pressure and good quality Internet. In some 5 stars hotels you will not get it. Food ordered in room was tasty. Just vew points what they can do better: be more friendly in room order service. Windows from 3rd floor on should not be able to open as kids can fall out. The cleaning can be better without tip. With tip it's top. There should be also small towels for hands. There should be something to hang the towels except the door. Be careful that this hotel will not get bad name as julphar for example.

店員さんの対応がすごく丁寧で良かった。20%offのクーポンがもらえて、レストランで美味しいご飯が食べられた。ハッピーアワーは15dhsでビールが2本飲めた。 ヘアドライヤーの風量が弱いので、持ってくるのもありかも。

房間是正常的，相對來講設備齊全，但隔音不好。

I recently dined at the in-house restaurant at Action Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The atmosphere is casual yet modern, making it suitable for both business lunches and relaxed dinners. Food: The menu offers a good variety of international dishes, with a focus on Middle Eastern and continental cuisine. The buffet breakfast was also impressive, offering everything from fresh fruits and pastries to made-to-order eggs. Service: The staff Harshana is attentive and polite. Service was prompt without being intrusive, and the waiters were happy to accommodate special requests. He even offered helpful suggestions for those unfamiliar with local dishes. Ambience: The restaurant is clean and well-maintained with comfortable seating. While it doesn’t offer fine-dining elegance, it makes up for it with its welcoming vibe and efficient layout.

I usually book in this hotel whenever we visit RAS Al Khaimah since we are coming from other Emirates. Service if you'd with F&B , the following are the best experience I got from them; Quick assistance whenever required. Facility Rate is also very affordable. I would definitely refer this facility to others and encourage them to visit the facility.
