The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance!The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and a 60ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.The Cabin:The cabin has a delightful interior that blends rustic charm with modern day comfort. The open living space features comfortable seating and multiple windows that let in plenty of natural light while the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and stainless-steel appliances. There is no need to overpack for a stay at Sequoia Moonlight Ridge as our cabin has a laundry room complete with a washer and dryer for your convenience.After a day of exploring the ranch or hiking in Sequoia National Park, kick back and relax. Enjoy the views directly from the cabin porch and be on the lookout for some amazing wildlife sightings!Guest Access:You will have access to this private cabin and the 380 acres of private land shared only between our 5 cabins. As a guest of the ranch, we will provide you with directions to the cabin ahead of your stay. We recommend downloading Google map directions ahead of time due to AT&T being the only cellular service available. The cabins do have complimentary Wi-Fi for use during your stay.With an hour or more of notice our co-host, Kori, can meet you at the ranch entrance to answer any questions or help point you in the direction of your cabin.Other Things to Note: The ranch is made up of 380 acres of private land reserved for use by only our cabin guests (5 total cabins). Surrounded by oak trees, it was easy for us to name this location Oak Tree Hollow! We are less than a mile from the Sequoia National Park entrance and have spectacular views of Morro Rock—plenty of space for you and your family pet to enjoy during your visit to the national park. The house's layout is very open, with cathedral ceilings in the living room and dining areas; the master bedroom offers a private setting as it stands alone at one end of the house. The wood-burning stove is visible to guests in the dining and living rooms. Plus, our amenities include WiFi, Cable television, a fully stocked kitchen, and all linens and towels are included. The front yard is large and gives you plenty of space to throw a ball around, and the back patio gives extra privacy from the main road. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space to cook fabulous dinners for your friends and family. A large pantry provides extra space to store your food during your visit, so there is no need to leave grocery bags full of food on the counters. Unpack and stay a while! The kitchen offers a bar area, perfect for other family members to sit and socialize with the family's "Chef" while staying entirely out of the way!The master bedroom is on one end of the house, and the other two bedrooms are on the other end, which gives mom and dad great privacy from the children or grandma and grandpa from the rest of the family!The master bedroom provides a queen bed, a seating area for reading your favorite book, and plenty of closet space to store your belongings. Please note that the bathroom is not attached to the master bedroom. A door off the dining room separates the hallway, leading to the master bedroom. During the day, guests can easily access this bathroom without traveling through the bedroom. You can close the dining room hallway door at night; the bathroom is yours!On the other end of the house are the guest bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds, perfect for the children, and the other has a queen bed. Both rooms offer plenty of closet space for your personal belongings! A queen-size air mattress is available for an additional two guests or eight people.The second bathroom is located in the hallway and is easily accessible for all guests staying in the house.The back of the house offers a patio table, multiple chairs, and a propane BBQ. This area separates you from the main road and provides a peaceful setting for the gorgeous Oak Trees found in this area.The rooftop patio has plenty of space for everyone to hang out! The space is a newly built (2022) custom property with two private modern Suites (Ash Mountain Suite and Red Mountain Suite). The Ash Mountain Suite is very spacious (450 sq feet) with amazing mountain views! The Suite has a queen bed, private shower, toilet and dressing area as well as a dining table, electric fireplace and Roku TV. Also, the Suite has a kitchenette with a wet bar, mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, teapot, dishes and utensils. NOTE: We do not have an oven/stove. We provide complementary coffee, tea and a snack basket with oatmeal, popcorn, healthy snack packs, protein bars, chocolates & bottled water. A perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature with magnificent views of Ash Peak and Red Mountain. Also, our location is wonderful for bird watching during the day and stargazing at night. We have a propane BBQ grill with two picnic areas as well as a meadow to enjoy.We are located in the quaint, artistic mountain town of Three Rivers. There are many restaurants, shops and activities to explore. The top rated Gateway Restaurant is a local favorite and located ¼ mile away. Breathtaking river views, delicious food, full bar and open 365 days a year serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, The Totem Market is less than 1 mile away. The Totem is a small market with casual food, deli, BBQ, beer, wine & supplies. Perfect location to pick up goodies for your picnic basket! Both The Gateway and The Totem Market rent chains if needed.We offer our guests convenient and private self check in. You can check yourself in using the keypad. Your personal 4 digit keypad code will be sent to you 5 days prior to your check in date. Check in time is 3:00pm. The Suite is often ready earlier and we are happy to offer an early check in when available.We have safe and secure parking available on the property. The Suite includes one designated parking space.
