"Key Hotel" is a hotel in the heart of Tula. This is a modern hotel (opened in 2019), which has everything you need for a comfortable stay for guests.
The hotel has 28 rooms of various comfort levels. Each room is equipped with ergonomic furniture and modern appliances. The exclusive design with Loft style elements and original color solutions create a special atmosphere.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the main attractions and main infrastructure of the city. The Tula Kremlin, the Tula Samovars Museum, the State Academic Drama Theater, the Circus, and the Assumption Cathedral are all in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
There are numerous shops, cafes, bars, supermarkets, shopping malls, as well as public transport stops nearby, so that hotel guests can easily get anywhere in the city. Parking is provided for guests arriving by car. Seats are provided free of charge to hotel guests. The number of parking spaces is limited, and advance parking reservations are not possible. The parking area along Central Lane and Lenin Square is paid.

All the front desk staff took good care of me specially Vinu and Anooj .The kitchen staff were excellent in their service under the supervision of Chief Vinuraj.Mr Ajit,Ramesh,Shruty,Rajnish were good.

Отель расположен в шаговой доступности от большинства городских достопримечательностей. Стильно оформлен. Все удобства соответствуют описанию. Двухместный улучшенный номер (не мансарда) просторный, с высокими потолками, регулярно убирается, смена белья раз в три дня. Завтраки по меню (4 варианта) в кафе Лепим-варим, куда можно спуститься по отдельной лестнице, не выходя на улицу. Вкусно и достаточно. Там же есть комплексные обеды. Для любителей свободы выбора есть несколько других точек в том же здании)

Отель в старом здании, в самом центре города. Рядом есть что посмотреть, где погулять, отдохнуть, перекусить... Ремонт в стиле "лофт", современно, практично, удобно. Вежливый, отзывчивый персонал. Приятный европейский завтрак в кафе, только для проживающих (завтрак с 08:00, а кафе работает с 10:00). Есть стоянка отеля, но маленькая. Можно просто оставить авто на парковке рядом с отелем.

Отличный отель! Вежливые и позитивные сотрудники на ресепшн. Номер просторный, а высокими потолками, приятный дизайн в стиле лофт. Хороший матрас, все функционирует исправно. На окнах москитные сетки, есть холодильник, чайник, кондиционер. Имеется своя парковка за шлагбаумом через дорогу от входа. Обязательно вернёмся!

Выбирала в интернете по отзывам и расположению. Отель в центре Тулы, все в пешей доступности, приемлемая цена. На первый взгляд в номере чисто: белье, полотенца, санузел - претензий нет. На этом, пожалуй, плюсы закончились. Во второй день моего пребывания в этом отеле пришлось переехать, т.к. после сна на руках и лице появились следы от укусов. Не знаю, какие насекомые у них водятся, клопы или кто-то отдыхал с животным, после которого остались блохи. Но эта ситуация испортила впечатление об этом отеле.

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Выбирали, опираясь на рейтинг, расположение и цену. Отель полностью оправдал ожидания. Небольшой новый отель в самом центре города, через дорогу от главной площади Тулы и в несколько минутах от кремля. Номер брали улучшенный в мансарде. Достаточно просторный для двоих, в стиле лофт. Всё новое, чистое, удобная кровать и подушки, белоснежное бельё и полотенца. Для очень высоких людей номер в мансарде не стала бы рекомендовать, скат крыши низкий и прямо над кроватью, лучше на обычном этаже. В номере есть чайник, холодильник, телевизор. Вода в кулере на этаже. Шампуни, гели в одноразовых пакетиках, на одну ночь пойдёт, но если дольше, то берите свои. Завтраки на первом этаже в кафе, выбираете заранее по меню. Выбор не большой, но всё вкусно, нам хватило. Есть парковка, вход в здание и на этаж по карте от номера.

Брали 2 номера 27 и 30. Дизайн, сантехника, кровати, все идеально. В 27-м номере реально можно жить. А вот с 30-м не все так просто. Как я понимаю, это лучший номер в отеле. Здесь гостиная и две спальни, два санузла и кухня с достаточным набором посуды. Но вот окна здесь выходят на крайне шумную улицу, по которой еще и трамваи ездят. Нормально спать практически невозможно! Такое ощущение, что спишь на взлетной полосе. Нужно что-то делать, менять стеклопакеты или ставить дополнительные, буржуи же как-то решают эту проблему, там тоже трамваи, но при закрытых окнах их почти не слышно. Номер заказывали по телефону и о трамваях неплохо было бы предупреждать. Еще в гостиной кондиционер издавал странные, достаточно громкие звуки (причем, даже в выключенном состоянии) с интервалом примерно в 2 минуты, что тоже мешало спать. Ну и завтраки... С этим нужно что-то делать, не правильно когда люди приходят и ждут по 20 минут... И эту систему аля Макдональдс нужно менять.

Очень люблю отмечать свой день рождения в путешествии. На это раз захотелось в Тулу, раньше не была в этом городе.Отель выбрала по рекомендации друзей.Небольшой, уютный, в центре города. Порадовал свеже отремонтированный удобный номер. И милый завтрак в кафе на первом этаже отеля. Ну, а персонал -выше похвал! Спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля за улыбки, предупредительность и отзывчивость! С удовольствием буду рекомендовать отель своим знакомым Наталия. Муж тоже подписывается под этим отзывом
