Just passing through town returning home from Texas… it was quiet enough and slept well… breakfast was included which was ok too.

The breakfast could have bern better: the sausage was greasy, the biscuits were not quite done. But it was better than the average.

There was an overwhelming chemical cleaner smell. It seems as though they use one full bottle of fabreeze per room each day. The bed was comfortable but the smell was so bad it was very difficult to sleep. I felt very unrested due to horrible chemical cleaner they use. The breakfast was subpar, powdered eggs, low grade sausage and biscuits and gravy.
Bed was comfortable room was nice besides the smell.

Double the price from last nights stay. Decided to book a more expensive hotel due to needing comfortable lounge chair or couch. It was uncomfortable, arms stained and tattered. Also wanted to relax in the hot tub. It is out of order. So frustrating. Very disappointed that their were no comps.

Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Door key did not work and had to return twice to get new key. Two others were at the desk for the same. All of Room was clean except the fabric club chair was dirty and stained. It was a good nights sleep. Our room was large but kinda felt like they just tossed in a chair in large space where a table and chair should have been. Overall good stay but this
Room needs some updating and a refresh.

We had an enjoyable stay here. It was very nice and clean with friendly staff. The room was spacious with nice decor. Everything worked great. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a nice variety of food.

Appreciated the evening attendant that changed our room, when we discovered the smoke detector was "chirping".. We fortunately noticed it shortly after getting in the room, and he was quick to respond, even upgrading our room. Thanks!

Stopped as we were passing through - wonderful bed so comfy! Great we could bring out small dog!! Breakfast was good !

I was charged twice for my stay. I paid for my reservation through ********** and then at the hotel the front desk lady ran my card without letting me know she was charging it. After realizing I was charged twice, I went down to ask what happened and the lady did not apologize and stated I should receive a refund in 24 hours and that I would be contacted the next day by a manager in regards to the mistake. I have not received a refund and was not contacted by anyone. Terrible customer service. Not friendly whatsoever and promised a refund within 24 hours that clearly was not correct and was far fetched as most banks refund process is 3-5 days. I am moving cross country and chose to reserve my stay online ahead of time to budget. That money that was wrongfully charged was supposed to go towards this expensive move. The inconvenience the mistake caused has made my trip more difficult but what is worse is the carelessness the receptionist had.
