The staff was very cordial and helpful. When we had questions about the area, they had answers and suggestions. They made sure the room was clean and bed made every day we stayed there. I felt safe and taken care of.

Sono membro di Platinum Elite e soggiorno spesso nelle località Holiday Inn Express (HIE) perché so cosa sto ricevendo ogni soggiorno. Passo 2 notti Dec 30 - Gen 1 con mia figlia adolescente. Il personale è uno dei migliori con cui ho interagito in un hotel negli anni. Amichevole e sembra preoccuparsi dell'esperienza degli ospiti. Non solo 1 o 2 ma tutti. Facile classificare 2 al top del personale nelle proprietà che ho soggiornato. L'hotel stesso è essenzialmente lo stesso di tutti i siti HIE. Le camere sono le stesse in tutte le proprietà con un senso locale al lobby e alla piscina. La piscina era aperta e la zona lobby/conforte era pulita e confortevole. La stanza che ero in potevo usare un aggiornamento ma in generale lo apprezzerei in media in tutte le proprietà che ho ha soggiornato a. HIE offre lo stesso colazione calda ovunque, ma ha un menu rotante per una varietà di soggiorni notturni multiple. E 'un pasto 5 stelle ...no ma ti riempirà e ti manterrà in marcia fino al pranzo. Ho avuto una piccola questione di fatturazione che ho chiamato IHG quando sono tornato a casa. Ho provato a maneggiarla prima della partenza ma sono andato molto presto al mattino e il gal del desktop front non riuscivo a capire cosa sbagliava. IHG mi ha detto che avrei ricevuto una chiamata dall'hotel entro 48 ore. Meno di 30 minuti dopo il direttore generale della proprietà mi ha chiamato e abbiamo fatto una sorta di problema molto rapidamente. L'errore è stato corretto il giorno dopo nella dichiarazione della carta di credito. Non esitarei a restare qui di nuovo.

E'molto pulito, la colazione e' buona. Se aggiungete un altro colazione cinese, è molto più carino andare in vacanza estiva di laurea in cinese. E'un viaggio perfetto!Forza!Spero che la prossima volta ci sarà un miglioramento!

The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. There's room for clothes storage, a television, and a small desk. I like the fact that every room has a refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave - very convenient. The staff is extremely friendly, and they have free coffee and filtered water in the lobby. You have to exchange your towels and linens at the front desk because there is no daily maid service - not a big deal in my opinion. The hotel is located next to the highway, so there is traffic noise.

I work nights and got roped into an early morning cancer walk at the UA Tech Park across the street. Decided to get a room in the area the night before to ensure I would make it to the walk rather than just hit the snooze button at home. Was glad to find this hotel located right where I needed to be. It looks fairly new and is in an area that is not built up yet. I walked around the area after dark to get my daily steps and it was quite safe. There is a gas station and a Burger King just to the south which was very convenient and easy to walk to. The young man at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The room looked clean. The only drawback was it had automated blinds which did not work. Could not lower them. I inquired at the front desk thinking I was an ***** who didn't know how to work the technology. Nope. They knew about the issue. I was told the previous guest was able to hang a blanket over the curtain rod. Worked like a charm. One drawback is trying to go go north into town there are two train tracks. I got stuck waiting for two trains to go past and one just stopped completely and blocked the road. I have no idea how often this happens, but it is pretty annoying to have to go back to the freeway to get where you want to go. And that's if you're not blocked in by other cars waiting for the trains to pass. Just another reason why the proximity of the gas station and Burger King to the hotel was helpful. The shower worked great. They have large pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap rather than tiny bottles. There a small refrigerator, but no microwave which seemed odd. My room was on the north end facing a Target warehouse. I was worried there would be a lot of traffic noise at night, but I heard nothing. I saw the exercise room and laundry room. Did not use them, but it was a plus that they were there. Even though I stayed on a Saturday, the hotel was pretty quiet. I slept very well. My only big complaint is that pets are allowed. While that may be a good thing for people who are too selfish to leave their pets at home, there are too many people who are allergic, don't want to be disturbed by barking at all hours and don't want to rent rooms covered in pet hair to not have pet free rooms.

I had a fabulous experience at University Inn. I loved my room. It was spacious, comfortable, well-furnished and well-lit. All of the hotel employees were super-friendly and helpful. My room was kept clean and I always had clean towels, soap and shampoo. I am already looking forward to staying at this hotel again.
