Something to be very AWARE of! We had a friday night flight out of SEA for a 4 night prepaid reservation,that was delayed, delayed and then canceled. We had made the hotel aware of the delay and finally the cancelation over 3 phone calls and let them know we would not be arriving for our reservation until sunday at which point Mr. Front Desk informed us that we were considered a no show and our prepaid reservation was no longer honored.... we were traveling with my 75 year old mother and should we have continued on our trip would have had no where to stay. I have contacted the property on several media outlets and heard absolutely no response. We have traveled with Marriott properties for several week to month long vacations and this is most certainly our last! If someone has paid in full for a stay and travel delays their arrival, their room should most certainly remain available. Mr. FRONT DESK was very clear that our reservation would not be honored or refunded. WESTIN you can do better. And travel insurance does not cover day of delay....
