The music was so loud until late, 2am. Banging in the rooms, ants in the bathroom and a stopped up sink. I spoke to the front desk repeatedly, she was kind, but it continued through the night.
I have been to Capri and many resorts that felt rejuvenating. After this one I left feeling like I need a vacation.

The property was noisy at all hours of the night. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the staff were not nice and helpful. I don't recommend staying here.

I did enjoy staying in this hotel and I felt like home. My only concern was that the A/C was not working well,They should upgrade it!

Not as advertised. At check in we were told there was a private event at the pool and it would cost us 750$ if we wanted to sit poolside. They agreed to let us out of our 1 night stay and ******* refunded our purchase. Subsequently they went ahead and billed us separately. Now need to dispute at our Cc.front desk staff was was not helpful.

We had a wonderful two night stay at the Capri. It was close to all Hampton area attractions. The room was nice and served it’s purpose. The pool was beautiful but only open till 8pm. Would have been great to go for a night time swim especially since the pool was lit up. The front desk staff was great and attentive. We would come back!

$600 a night hotel we were there on Thursday the bar and restaurant closed at 6 PM so after 6 PM we couldn’t even have a drink and nothing to eat . They should have restaurant and bar open .

Very cute property with nice amenities. They offer bike rentals, have a great pool and dining area. They provided free breakfast which was a treat. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Would recommend.
