This is just horrible we can’t even shower and trying to use bathroom with ants crawling at our feet there were also spiders Our one night stay is completely ruined ,I am reporting this to Hilton corporate office and the dept of health in my own opinion this is not acceptable

A good half point if you traveling between New Jersey and South Carolina. One night stay. Very nice location. very close to restaurants and activities. We had a one king bed with sofa bed. Good size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was good. We will stay here again.

Great stay! We had a family reunion at a nearby hotel that had AC issues (it was 100 degrees + the day of check-in). Luckily the Home2Suites saved the day! Great mini-kitchen setup (no stoves but no big deal - everything else you need is there), quiet indoor pool and grill area with umbrellas and tables. Walking distance to TGIF Fridays, Olive Garden, McDonalds and Sheetz. Loved it and will definitely stay there again! Shout out to Kristopher who made the transition from hotel to hotel in the midst of a reunion seamless. He was so great a few of our family members moved from the old hotel to this one. You can't put a price on great customer service but you can write a glowing review when professionals excel at it :-).

Gives me great pleasure to tell how Renee,Genesis,Ursula, Alana and Alexandra went out of their way above and beyond to make our stay the happiest week of our life. Because of the great service making my wife feel so special. We will be planning our next trip to Richmond Virginia and for sure we will stay at Home2 Suites Richmond Glenside, VA. Renee and Genesis made sure that all my wife queries concerning reservations were resolved. Because of their caring and personal touch I know Renee and Genesis definitely made sure everything was taken care of for us.

I was here for about 4 months; my stay here was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! The room had ample space and I was more than happy and satisfied. The staff was incomparable as they checked all the boxes when it comes to exemplary customer service. I’m usually hard to please when it comes to housekeeping: ZERO complaints for this team! They did an outstanding job each time they serviced my room AND they loved on my little fur baby which is an additional gold star! The front desk crew—especially Kenneth, were VERY accommodating and took great care of us. The GM Michelle—what can I say? She is one of the best parts of Hilton and keeps their brand at the top! This lady is personable, professional, cordial, and well, just downright AMAZING!

Expected more from a Hilton brand🤑. Company booked location and they were informed what a mistake this was.First no front desk to be found waited at least 15 minutes. Once given room it was dirty and had not been cleaned by housekeeping . Went to desk again waiting another 15 minutes. Given another room it appeared to have been cleaned but further inspection found someone’s socks in the chair and stains around bottom of toilet, rogue hair in shower and used towels. We decided to speak to manager at this point. We were rudely greeted by the assistant named Michelle who asked for pictures ( she could have gone up with us to see) she basically informed us that we were wrong and we could go some place else and she did not have time for this and walked off. I plan to speak with Hilton about this as their brand name is being ruined by someone who acts like she needs a fix or something. I explained to my company the poor treatment and since we are in Richmond for 4 months me and the other guys need to go back to using Marriott. That management company needs to find a better replacement as we noticed her being terrible to other people but cozy with someone looking like they came off the street.
