The backyard is an outdoor paradise, with large seating areas on a sprawling deck, a fantastic Olympic-sized pool, brand new outdoor grill, a hot tub (or cold plunge!), an outdoor shower, lots of space to throw around a frisbee or baseball, and a firepit surrounded by magical solar lights. The house is recently fully renovated, with all of the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. With stunning hiking trails just a stone's throw from the house, you can truly experience the Hamptons lifestyle however you choose-- be it a woodsy retreat in nature, or a bougie trip to one of the most exciting towns in the Hamptons. The shed is fully equipped with everything to help make your stay extraordinary: beach chairs, inflatable pool floats and toys, a pool volleyball set, a Bose Bluetooth stereo system, wiffleball, basketball, frisbee and Blitzball. Enjoy a reading selection from our fully stocked library, or play a Board game in our fully-stocked games closet! The house is great for business / team / writer retreats as well! It's perfect for relaxing, working from home and entertaining friends / family. Both living rooms have smart TVs as well as a full surround system with a karaoke option. The Second floor includes a master bedroom with a full bathroom and hidden smart TVs, second bedroom includes a double trundle bed and a foldout bed. and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. All bedrooms include smart TVs for your entertainment. The Basement includes a private home theater with an Xbox gaming option and foosball table. An air mattress will also be provided. The laundry room is also available for your use.The Backyard is spacious and private for your comfort. It includes an outdoor kitchen including an icebox, sink, searing burner, and grill. We have a shaded outdoor dining area available and plenty of additional seating. There is a 20x40 ft heated pool from 3ft-10ft deep that lights up for swimming at all hours. An outdoor shower is also included. We have a charging station for your electronic needs.
