Beautiful hotel - service leaves room for improvement We arrived early and let the hotel know about 10 days prior that we will be arriving at 4am. I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasn’t clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up. A common theme is that some staff don’t communicate if they don’t know something or are unable to help. They just nod and it’s really difficult to discern whether they’re going to do anything or not. Just let me know you don’t know or can’t help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself. After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated. Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly. Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but that’s a good thing. Facilities are good and plenty - you probably don’t even need to go to the town area. Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they don’t know something.

The property itself is stunning—truly a museum-like experience with amazing food and a fantastic location. Unfortunately, the hospitality didn’t quite match the setting. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge and wait staff, often lacked the warmth and friendliness expected in the hospitality industry. It was unclear whether this stemmed from unfriendliness or simply a language barrier, which was surprising given that most hotels in the area employ fluent English speakers. For a hotel belonging to such a prominent global chain, I expected a higher standard of staff training to ensure a consistently polished experience, much like their other locations. With better service, the experience could have been nearly flawless. The food was exceptional, but the service at the bar and tearoom was notably slow. I suspect this was because the staff were also attending to restaurant orders. One particularly disappointing moment occurred when our host at the restaurant seemed visibly annoyed when we ordered hotpot, requiring her to set up the electrical equipment. Additionally, another attendant continued to handle the hotpot and add food despite my request for him to stop. While our room was lovely, it felt a bit unsettling to be quickly ushered into an upgraded room that happened to overlook a construction site. Although it was wonderful to enjoy the open doors and city view, being woken up by construction noise was far from ideal. Lastly, the doormen stood out for the wrong reasons. They often appeared to be slacking off, which created an odd and unprofessional impression. It would be better to have no doormen at all than to have staff who do not fulfill their role properly. Overall, while the hotel has incredible potential, a more attentive and professional approach to service would elevate the experience significantly.

This hotel is highly recommended! Cleanliness, location, amenities and service were excellent. It exceeded our expectations for a budget price hotel. Front desk staff “Hana” was very helpful and accommodating. Since we have arrived the hotel very early, she offered us to rest at their lounge while waiting for our room to be ready since she understands that we are from an overnight bus trip from Hanoi. The location is nearby to the town center as well as the tourists spot Moana. We were not able to see a nice view as it’s was foggy the 3days of our stay. The room was spacious and clean and with complete amenities. Breakfast spread was also fantastic as it offers both local & international dishes for guests to choose. We really love our stay at KK Sapa Hotel. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Very much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing. then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo. The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer. There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served. Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

A Memorable Stay at Pao’s Sapa I recently stayed at Pao’s Sapa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, offering every amenity one could need. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with easy access to Sapa Center, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around so convenient. I can’t recommend Pao’s Sapa enough for anyone looking for comfort and luxury. A special thanks to Mayu for her exceptional assistance and care during our stay. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I wish to return and see her in a higher position—she absolutely deserves it!

Eravamo un gruppo di amici, avevo prenotato l'hotel un mese prima di partire per il Vietnam, ma quando siamo arrivati all'hotel non hanno trovato la nostra prenotazione e ci hanno lasciato aspettare per quasi un'ora. La notte pioveva e ci fu un'inondazione nel nostro dormitorio la mattina che credo fuga dal balcone, il personale ci ha offerto un'altra stanza, ma abbiamo quasi controllato però già 10.00 siamo così abbiamo usato solo quella stanza per showered. Il paesaggio dovrebbe essere molto bello se sei fortunato abbastanza da non ci sarà troppo buio e pioggia il giorno in cui rimani.

Il nostro soggiorno all'hotel Pistachio è stato sorprendente, ma è abbastanza vicino alla città principale di Sapa (accesso anche se il primo piano). La reception è al 6° piano. Il personale di servizio era molto amichevole, anche se non interagivamo molto. Prenotammo una camera superiore ma sono stati aggiornati alla camera deluxe al check-in, che è venuto con un balcone. Possiamo solo immaginare la vista. Possiamo anche vedere le tracce funiculari dalla stazione Sapa alla stazione di cavo. La decorazione dell'hotel è molto moderna. La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa. Le strutture fornite erano più che sufficienti. I letti erano comodi. Il colazione dell'hotel è anche una bella diffusione. L'hotel offre ombrelle se piove (sotto riserva della disponibilità), la piscina infinita sembrava sorprendente se solo il tempo cooperasse!

위치 - 사파역에서 걸어서 4~5분 정도 거리 - 사파 성당에서 2~3분 정도 거리 - 입구에서 나와서 오른쪽 계단으로 올라가면 함롱산 입구 - 입구에서 왼쪽으로 나와서 계단으로 내려가면 사파역이나 깟깟마을 가는길 (트레블월렛 가능한 ATM, 콩카페, 마트 등도 여기에 있음) - 사파 호수까지는 도보로 약 10분정도 거리 - 전반적으로 사파에서 여행 측면에서는 좋은 위치에 있음 (판시판, 깟깟마을, 성당 등 어느쪽으로 가기에도 좋은 위치) 시설 - 테라스가 있어서 경치도 좋은편 - 샤워실은 좀 좁은편, 수압은 다 좋음, 물빠짐은 조금 잘 안됨 - 비데 설치되어 있는건 매우 좋음 - 어메니티는 좋은편이고 드라이기도 바람도 강하고 설치 위치도 좋음 - 멀티탭이 있어서 충전에는 불편함이 없음 - 꽤 청결한 편이고 특별하게 벌레등은 못봄 - 냉난방기 설치되어 있으며 작동은 문제없이 되었음 서비스 - 조식은 메뉴 12~15개 정도 되는 것 같고(뷔페식), 주문 가능한 메뉴가 10개정도 됨 - 조식 꽤 맛있는 편이고, 보통 오믈렛 많이 먹는데 맛있음 - 직원의 경우 영어 잘하고, 매우 친절함 가격이 어느정도 되기는 하지만 사파에서는 여행/투어에 큰 시간이 소요되지 않기 때문에 호텔 자체를 어느정도 괜찮은데로 정하는 것 추천 전반적으로 고급 호텔은 아니지만 딱히 불편한게 없었던 숙소였음 특히 위치가 소수민족 트레킹 가는게 아닌이상 이쪽 구역 주변에서 다 걸어서 갈 수 있기 때문에 매우 편했음 (일반적으로 한국인들이 많이 가는 식당도 대부분 이 주위에 있음)

La stazione di autobus Sapa è a 15 minuti a piedi, e l'hotel è molto vicino al monotreno per Fansipan. È situato su una piccola prossima passeggiata, quindi non può essere consigliato per i viaggiatori anziani. Le strutture e la pulizia sono buone. Hanno anche un tubo fuori dall'hotel per pulire le scarpe dopo il trekking 😅 ambiente tranquillo così dormire è buono. I bagni sono puliti (nessun bagno). La colazione era buona, non c'era nulla da gridare, i pancake erano decenti. In tutto un soggiorno confortevole!
