A very good service by the host! You will feel warm and welcome during your stay. The room is so spacious for us. The view from the window also stunning. The cleanliness is great. The towel and bed sheet smell nice too.

Very accomodating staff.

위치는 중심가에 있지만 그렇기때문에 소음이 심합니다. 시설이 낡았고 조식도 기대하지 마십시요. 이 가격에 주변에 더 좋은 호텔들이 있습니다.

ボクの部屋は清潔だった。スタッフもフレンドリーでロケーションもまあまあと思う。朝食はちょっと貧相な感じ。 但し評価のポイントは人それぞれ。別の部屋のことはわからないけど,ボクはあの時期(6/2~6/8)にあの部屋をあてがって貰い満足した(→忙しい時期だったり,部屋が違ったりすると感じ方も変わりますよね)

We only had a short visit to the very new (3 weeks old) bar in the Sapa Hills Hotel called Heathy Eatery and Beverage while we waited for our bus back to Hanoi. Quan was a super friendly host who was very welcoming and made sure we had a refreshing drink and got on the right bus.

Friendly, family owned, accommodating, nice Mountain View from the room, you can even hang out in front of the hotel and people watch! There is an elevator and restaurant on the second floor and it’s about 600 meters to Sun Plaza which is the center of town
