Il KK Sapa Hotel è un hotel a 5 stelle situato alla fine della città di Sapa. A 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Sapa SunPlaza con molti ristoranti e negozi di souvenir. Ha una grande e splendida hall dorata con personale del servizio clienti giovane e molto disponibile e amichevole. Il 15° livello è una sala pubblica per i clienti stanchi dell'hotel che arrivano presto e non possono ancora controllarla per riposare, ricaricarsi e leggere con bagni puliti e belli e un bar. C'è una piccola biblioteca 📚 lì per leggere. Puoi fare un pisolino e sorseggiare la tua tazza di tè ☕️ ammirando la vista romantica delle montagne! La colazione a buffet dell'hotel è ottima con una varietà di cibi serviti. Ho prenotato un letto matrimoniale king size con una splendida vista sulle montagne. La camera è dotata anche di balcone dove puoi prendere il tuo caffè e bere la tua birra 🍺 mentre ammiri la vista delle montagne nebbiose 🏔️. c'è una grande vasca da bagno 🛀🏻 e una sala da spettacolo in piedi con il bagno accanto. mi sono goduto una vacanza coccolata e deliziosa festeggiando la nostra seconda luna di miele insieme 👩❤️👨💐

Firstly before I reached KK Sapa Hotel, Ms Nancy already explain to me regarding famous location in Sapa, after I go two days tour with this hotel was really awesome and famous place in Sapa is interesting place, place to relax and cheering, all front desk staff is friendly and helpful as well. Sin Chai restaurant Ms Thieu give me a discount 15 percent of my total bills. I will came back this hotel again if I travel to Sapa again, Hotel front desk Ms Nancy upgraded my room to a room can see inside the toilet. Overall this hotel front desk staff friendly and helpful good communication in English easy for foreigners.

Great hotel with some of the best views of the valley and a fantastic location. Sapa Centre is within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The hotel is very clean and is conveniently located near other establishments. It’s also easily accessible. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating with our inquiries. Thank you for the birthday cake during my stay!

Hotel is located at a really nice location with the valley view. If the weather is good(luckily for us it was), then you will get the best view of valley from the hotel. Staff was courteous and quite well in responding for all your queries and to help you as much as possible.

The hotel was amazing! We came earlier than check in time they suggested us for take a rest at executive lounge (at 15th floor) and can use the shower room (before we look around Sapa). They have restaurant, cafe, swimming pool, gym and SPA. They do check in at 1st lobby at 1st floor and some taxis will drop you at 2nd lobby at 15th floor. The room was clean and neat. They gave us 1 person foot herbal bath as complimentary and 30% discount for massage. The breaksfast had a lot of option, they served pho too! The staff were helpful and nice :) For occasion honeymoon they were not provide/ give some special things.

We were impressed by the size of the room and the bathroom. We love that the windows are so big so that we can enjoy the view from the room, which is the highlight of our stay. Our experience in this hotel was fantastic, from the delicious breakfast to the morning view. The service was also great, the staff were always helpful.

We really loved our stay here as the service was absolutely amazing. They surprised us with some decorations and even a cake as I remarked our stay as a honeymoon! The view was also stunning. Would highly recommend anyone who’s considering staying here and we ourselves would definitely visit this hotel again.

Good location, walkable to Sapa centre. The bed is comfy, hotel is clean and staff is helpful - special thanks to Sarah for assisting us with all the necessary info and booking. She speaks very good English 👍🏻

Just walking distance from Moana Sapa. The room was spacious and clean. Tried to get more mineral water but the staff said each day will only supply us with 2 bottles, any extra will need to pay. Unlike other hotels, they will replenish upon request.

The location of the hotel was near to Sapa Center. The view from our room was majestic and very relaxing especially in the morning. Hotel staff Sarah was accomodating and she always ask us if we needed help during our stay. They also prepare a cake in our room since it was my birthday. Breakfast with mountain view was awesome. The coffee area at level 11 was so calm and very peaceful to rest. The massage was the best after a rainy day travel to Fansipan. Definitely will book again this hotel if ever i come and visit Sapa.
