First off, it wasn’t as advertised. But I can live without the dining area and tumble dryer in the room… and I can deal with the fact that the room was smaller than advertised (which they admitted to me). But what really frustrated me what that they claimed that my credit cards were not working and were requesting cash. I called the booking company and they spoke to them… and miraculously, the machine and my credit cards were working again. What also frustrated me was that when I asked them whether they put me in the right room, the manager became so rude. If he spoke better English he might have understood better but a hotel in this area should have at least one staff person who can speak English. So, there he was raising his voice to me!! Worst check-in ever. I have stayed in a dozen other places in Tsaghadzor… and have never experienced this kind of rudeness. Regarding the pictures.. this supposedly reflects a “sitting area with couch” AND a dining area. He noted the coffee table. It certainly says something when you treat customers like their ignorant.
