Within a few minutes walk, is Boscawen Park, Tennis courts, Cricket ground and Cafe's The apartment is located within a short walk to the beautiful City centre of Truro or alternatively in the opposite direction a charming walk to Malpas. Truro
The flat was clean and tidy. It is walking distance to Maplas which is a cute village you might otherwise miss. Also close to a park and cricket pitch. Bit of a walk to downtown Truro (20 mins ish?) but not bad.

Excellent base for a long weekend in Truro
The property is spotlessly clean, bright and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The living area and kitchen are quite spacious. TV has wide selection of channels. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a roast chicken for Sunday lunch. The only thing missing was a corkscrew but we have left one. On site parking is provided but if you have no car it is an 20 minute walk into town. Overall very good.
