A fully remodeled 1100 square foot adobe home, with one large bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with a walk in shower. Situated on the High Road to Taos in historic Truchas New Mexico. The large windows in the bedroom fully frame the view of the Truchas Peaks, which at 13,100 feet dominate the surrounding countryside. There is also an additional 400 foot covered portal for a relaxation during your breakfast dining or happy hour. The adobe was fully remodeled 10 years ago with a new kitchen and bathroom - many of the old elements such as the vigas and adobe walls were retained. The casita is equipped with traditional details including hand carved furniture, plastered walls and wooden floors. Solar panels have also been installed within the past 5 years to reduce our carbon footprint.
