Très déçu de cet hôtel,le service est médiocre,serveurs désagréables ainsi que la réceptionniste. Le point positif la belle plage de montchoisy, mais pour y accéder il faut passer par une plage de cailloux non entretenue avec des vieux linges qui traine.le chariot de linge sale également depuis deux jours à côté de notre chambre.toiles d'araignée au niveau meuble de sdb,lunette des WC jaune,mobilier de la chambre vieillissant.fientes d'oiseaux sur les bains de soleil et terrasse les photos du Site sont belles mais la réalité est toute autre.etablissement très bruyant,et hôtel à proximité qui organise fêtes donc prévoir des boules quies.la carte n'est pas variéee et un peu chère.beaucoup de chiens errants qui hurlent à la mort serviettes de plage non changées en 2j.nous sommes venus pour nos 30ansde mariage et anniversaire et aucuns souhaits.lorsque nous leur avons fait part de nos remarques nous avons seulement eu droit à un désolé...

Abbiamo scelto per il nostro viaggio di nozze l'isola Mauritius e l'agenzia Serengheti Travel ci ha consigliato per il periodo,essendo inverno a luglio, la parte nord dell'isola, ricca di belle spiagge e riparata dal vento. Qui si trova il Resort Trou aux biches della catena Beachcomber! Resort da sogno, ti senti ai tropici già dai profumi di fiori appena si entra alla reception e la vista piscina con tramonto è da togliere il fiato!! Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni e sono stati perfetti, dall'accoglienza dello staff appena arrivati, alla natura tropicale tutta curata, all'appartamento senior con veranda e piscina! Dalla camera si ha la vista oceano e un accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Trou aux Biches. Il Resort ha 6 ristoranti, provati tutti e la qualità degli ingredienti è ottima! L'Oasis con menù buffet giornaliero per colazione, pranzo e cena ha sempre menù vario, italiano con pizza e pasta, locale con gli stufati e le insalate fredde, internazionale con panini e patatine. Il Blu ginger l'asiatico è super e anche l'indiano Mahiya delizioso, mai mangiato pollo indiano così tenero! Tutti i camerieri sono sempre gentili e premurosi, sia nei ristoranti che nella piscina o spiaggia. La camera sempre accessoriata giornalmente di asciugamani e acqua, passano 3 volte al giorno nelle stanze! Belli gli spettacoli serali, con balli tradizionali e spettacoli di fuoco! Tante attività acquatiche incluse come canoa, snorkeling ecc. Abbiamo conosciuto il manager Christof e l'assistent manager Manuella che si sono assicurati personalmente di sapere se il nostro soggiorno fosse tutto perfetto e ci hanno anche detto che il loro Resort è il più grande dell'Isola!Un grazie sincero a tutto lo staff! Per una vacanza da sogno stra consigliato!

Un posto oltre le nostre aspettative , accoglienza camere struttura piscina e ristorante ma soprattutto cuore e sorrisi, albergo situato sulla spiaggia di mont choisy che è fantastica , piscina con happy hour a chiudere una giornata perfetta !

The staff at Mystik Life Style were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were friendly and attentive, making sure that their clients had all the things they ordered. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a priority. The rooms were beautifully done . Their food was just as amazing, delicious, and melting in the mouth . And the from the rooms are very beautiful especially at sunset .

Beautiful location overlooking the ocean. Refresh yourself in the pool or swim in the ocean. The public beach is just 50 m away and is well maintained. We never saw it crowded. We used the hotel as our base for our ventures on the island. Despite being located in the northwest, travel times to Port Louis and the south were reasonable. We used a rental car which we picked up at our arrival at the airport. Many thanks to the whole team which provided excellent service to us. Special thanks to Ilesh who served us our meals always with a big smile.

Had a wonderful 7 days. Boutique very close to all amenities. Spectacular views from a beautiful dining and pool area right on the beach Rooms so clean fresh and comfortable Staff are so helpful going xtra mile to make you comfortable. Restaurant lovely. Good food and service 10/10 Well done had a wonderful experience will be back for sure

What a lovely holiday. Mystik lifestyle boutique hotel was amazing. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make your holiday even better. Stunning views, lovely atmosphere, clean and all in all an amazing hotel. I will definitely be back.

My wife and i have been 12 nights in this hotel and i must say that everything was excellent, from the appearance of the hotel, which is more beautiful than in the pictures, the beautiful clean swimming pool, the cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast that you can choose from 12 excellent dishes, the staff (I must especially praise the waiters and cocktail masters and especially Cedrick and the gentleman who works before noon in the parking lot). . All recommendations for the hotel, we will definitely come back again!

The reception, the hospitality was nice. Starting from the reception. We were received by Pallavee, a beautiful lady with a beautiful smile. Our go to person for anything information about Mauritius. The whole team at the restaurant❤️❤️❤️❤️

The room was advertised as 35m2 with “luxurious touches”, bathrobe & slippers. What we got was 23m2, plastic (children’s) cup, mosquitoes, no robe or slippers, and weak hairdryer than struggled to dry fine hair in less than 20 minutes, and woken in the night to dog fights in the car park next door. The staff at the Mystik hotel were very nice. Shortly after check in (hours), we wrote to the Newmark head office expressing our disappointment at the misleading advertising, (and received an automatic out of office reply), but to date ( a week later) we have not received a response to our concerns. During breakfast we saw birds pecking at leftover food (pastries) in the basket and alerted the senior male staff member, but then observed the basket of pastries delivered to another table.

Amazing hôtel Witch a stunning view on the Sea. Beautiful swimming pool, right by the most beautiful beach of the Island Mont Choisy beach. Special mention for Brinda and Sheldon, so caring and nice Who made our stay at Mystik very special ! I would recommend everyday!

Went for a breakfast must say Brinda was so welcoming and so courteous, always smiling and ready to help , food was good . Service by Brinda was excellent! Overall the service staff was very generous . Breakfast you got a variety of choices menu is very good . The location of the restaurant is right on the beach which is so beautiful.

Certain races are prioritised we came in first and 2 more couples came after us ,ordered after us but got served before us and the stares you get as a different race from guest is so uncomfortable.

Overall a lovely experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Brenda really made us feel welcome. The food was delicious. We were on halfboard and there were plenty of choices. The pool area was so relaxing we did not feel the need to explore anything else in the area. Next time we will come for 10 instead of 5 days.
