The room is spacious and clean. Great view from the room's window. I really like the room layout and it is beautifully furbished. The kitchen is great because it comes with A COMPLETE set of kitchen utensils. You will never run out of anything. This is also my first time staying in an apartment-like hotel in Europe, so I was impressed by the dishwasher. The floor is also warmed, which I like. Especially, in the bathroom, my feet didn't feel cold at all, unlike other places. I could not use the kiosk to check-in, but it worked just fine on my iPhone. I was worried about using smart key in my iPhone, as I read a lot of complaints from other reviews. However, it worked perfectly, including the entrance, elevator, and my room. I had no issue at all despite my thick phone case. During my stay, I met no staff. Luckily, there was not any issue, so everything was fine. Lastly, the location is the best. it is located in the centre, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is a great place to stay and the price is very affordable. I think I will stay here again if I have a chance to return to Tromsø.

地理位置不錯，房間面積也還可以，為什麼服務衹給1分？因為這家酒店完全沒有服務！
1、酒店沒有前台也沒有工作人員，如果顧客有任何問題都得不到及時的幫助。我在入住當天就遇到一個非常棘手的問題，結果我們在深夜11點半零下二十度的雪地裏走了好幾條街，用了一個多小時才找到一家餐廳的服務員願意幫助我們，10分鐘就解決了問題。
2、在你入住期間，房間是沒有人給你整理的，連毛巾都不更換。我們連住三天，衹能一直用已經用過的浴巾，真的很不能接受！所以衞生衹能給2分！
3、垃圾是需要自己倒的！
以上這些特殊情況，如果酒店事先在入住須知裏寫清楚，如果客人還選擇這家酒店，那沒有問題。但你事先都不説，讓客人非常無措！
4、大門衹在規定時間內開啟，其它時間要走地下通道，沒有電梯，我們早上七點離開酒店時，衹能拖着32寸大行李走樓梯，真的很崩潰。而且一旦你出了門，萬一有東西遺漏就進不去了，因為沒有人會為你開門，太不方便了！
這樣的酒店絕對不會再住第二次了！

Very friendly and helpful reception lady when we checked in approx. 630pm on 25Mar and we would like to thank her for all the helps she extended.
Room, bathroom and all household wares are cleaned and neat.
Strategic location with supermarket of great varieties of groceries readily available within the next block.
Strongly recommended for all !

The service hotel was well-equipped with kitchen appliances and cutlery for those who are on budget and wish to cook! The hotel is unmanned so there js no daily house-keeping or in-person service staff on site during our stay but the check-in process was seamless nonetheless with the help of the kiosk machines at the hotel. The location was very central, near to multiple bus stops, we took less than 20 minutes to visit most of the attractions and top food spots were only minutes walk away. Highly recommended

Hotel was excellently located for walking around central Tromso as well as directly on bus routes 40 & 42 from the airport. Studio space was compact but had all necessary amenities. I found payment and check-in process quite confusing but maybe that’s my age

Everything is good however felt deceived since advertise studio room with sea view but didn’t get a sea view room. Confronted but was told no sea view for the type of room I booked.
