Hotel in zona Bassin de Brume, Trois Ponts

Abbiamo goduto il soggiorno in questo hotel. Il servizio è bello, il personale è professionale. L'hotel è una posizione storica, ovviamente appartiene ad una delle nobili famiglie. La casa mi ricorda un museo: si sente come si è immerso nella storia circondata da mobili tipici, dipinti sulle pareti, decorazioni, piccoli dettagli del passato. Abbiamo davvero amato queste vibrazioni. La colazione è molto buona, si può trovare tutto quello che ha bisogno. Abbiamo una piccola stanza vicino all’ascensore, ma siamo stati fortunati a che la sera in cui ci siamo fermati fosse relativamente calma, quindi abbiamo dormito bene.

Classico Hotel Radisson Blu sono una garanzia nel mondo, nel centro ed ai piedi delle Terme di Spa, l'hotel gode di un accesso privatizzato alla funicolare che vi porta direttamente al centro delle Terme di Spa. Questo vi consente di andarci in accappatoi pronti per entrata nelle stesse. Buon 4 stelle generalmente, all'arrivo la receptionist ha spiegato negli dettagli il funzionamento della struttura e riuscita inoltre all'ultimo minuto a riservarci un tavolo per la cena presso il ristorante dell'albergo. Consiglio vivamente il ristorante del hotel. Buona e ricca colazione internazionale. Torneremo sicuramente.

Per il prezzo che ho pagato per la mia stanza, mi aspettavo un altro LOT. Viaggio molto e molto spesso in Europa e negli Stati Uniti e questo hotel è uno dei peggiori prezzi per gli hotel di denaro che ho avuto la sfortuna di vivere - si sta prezzi PREMIUM per il buio, sorprese camere dove ho dovuto salire per andare a letto. Il letto era su una mezzanina dove dovevo fermarmi per evitare di mettere la testa sul tetto, perché sono un uomo alto e le scale di legno polverizzate mi hanno fatto sentire molto ansioso di lasciarli scendere, soprattutto nel mezzo della notte. Le tazze di caffè sono state danneggiate (chipped) e avete l'AUDACITY per offrire carta da bagno riciclata a basso costo in un distributore che ho visto solo negli hotel BUDGET più economici!!! Non nemmeno un roll di carta da bagno!! E si preleva €184 per notte per questo?? È VERO VERO VERO. Non sono felice di pagare un prezzo così alto per un soggiorno di notte . Dovresti prelevare la metà del prezzo della stanza. Purtroppo non ho avuto il tempo di chiedere una stanza migliore o un rimborso, perché ho avuto un impegno serale a Verviers, ma non resterò più nel vostro hotel. Mentre la donna sul check-out era scusata e mi ha offerto i dettagli di contatto per il vostro team di cura dei clienti per un futuro soggiorno in uno dei vostri hotel nella regione, Non accadrà, perché sarà almeno un anno prima di tornare a Verviers/Spa e avrei preferito un rimborso parziale invece. Non mi consiglierei sicuramente il vostro hotel sulla base di questa esperienza. Un rimborso di almeno 1/3 del prezzo del mio soggiorno sarebbe utile, ma sospetto che non accadrà.

It was our second stay in this hotel. For our purpose (to visit the shopping center of Massen and Schmiede) the location is perfect. The staff at the reception addressed us in Dutch which was a nice surprise as Dutch is our mother tongue. Staff at hotel (reception, housekeeper, breakfast) was very friendly and helpful. Although it was not mentioned at check-in, we were given a comfort room instead of the standard room we booked, of course this was a pleasant surprise. The comfort room is a lot larger and specious and very nice. Beds are great and of very good quality. One of our friends who travelled with us, suffers from an allergy and he did not sleep so well because of the carpet in the room. But for us it was perfect. There is a free bottle of water in the room and a machine with drinks you can purchase (soft drinks) in the hall and also a microwave and plates you can use are at disposal in the hall. The coffee was with powder and a water boiler, we prefer a small coffee machine with pads or so in the room as that quality of coffee is better. We had a terrace but due to the bad weather we could not enjoy it. Bathroom was spacious with a very good shower. One point of remark: the product in the shower was same for hands, hair and body. We never use the same product to wash our hair or our body so we don't like this (but I brought my own products from home). Breakfast is excellent with a large choice of all products (including smoked salmon). The breakfast room is not very big and can get very noisy and busy at rush moments. Also at the coffee machine there might be some delay. Only remark here: the floor of the breakfast room was ”sticky” so maybe it needs some extra cleaning. As for parking space, there is a big shopping center next to the hotel so parking can be very full and sometimes you need to search for a spare parking space and walk a little further with your luggage (not comfortable with the weather we had). Towards the evening I put the car closer by as it was standing at the end of the parking space at first. We enjoyed our stay here again and will definitely be back.

Très bel hôtel. Avec parking. Les personnes (accueil, service...) était accueillantes. Notre chambre (5) au 1er étage était très très bien. Litterie très confortable. Très propre. Buffet petit déjeuner varié. Nous avons vraiment apprécié. A notre prochaine visite dans ce coin, nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Pour info: 110 euros pour la chambre double avec 2 petits déjeuners.
