Gli imprevisti possono succedere ma come li si affronta fa la differenza. Personale fantastico a tutti i livelli, ha saputo trasformare dei problemi con la camera, che possono capitare, in un’esperiemza splendida di attenzione al cliente. Davvero bravi.

We came from Athens and wanted to see Meteora, and thereafter, we headed to Thessaloniki, all with KTEL Intercity Buses. I am a logistics man, and it was the perfect way: you arrive just in front of the hotel, can go the next day to Meteora, leave your baggage here, and continue to Thessaloniki. The rooms were very nice, and the staff was amiable and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. The only point is the high extra charge when you ask for a Cappuccino. We did not experience this high surcharge in other Greek hotels but here.

The hotel is in an excellent location just outside the centre. It is a big building and hard to miss. This hotel is modern with trendy furnishings and a classic set up. The rooms are an excellent size with big showers and massage sprinklers. This hotel doesn’t have balconies.

Excellent value for money. Gallery Art Hotel is located on the main ring road next to the new coach station. There is ample free parking and an adjacent taxi rank. The journey into the centre of Trikala takes about 10-minutes. The hotel is new and extremely clean throughout. There are modern art installations in the public areas. The rooms are furnished to a high standard, with air-conditioning and flat screen television. The friendly, welcoming staff speak good English. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is excellent with an hot and cold buffet offer. The bar and restaurant has a good range on offer at reasonable prices. There is an outside seating area and a children’s play area.

Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο και καθαρο Το πρωσοπικο εξυπηρετικό για την αμεση κατανόηση του προβλήματος μας για την γρήγορη Αναχώρηση μάς. Σας ευχαριστούμε!!! Το κέντρο 5 λεπτά με αμάξι Μια υπέροχη πόλη τα Τρίκαλα Φαγητο πιστεύω είναι καλύτερα στα χωριουδάκια έξω από την πόλη.

το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και μας εξυπηρέτησαν σε όλα RECEPTION ROOM SERVICE εστιατόριο χώροι καθαροί κ μεγάλοι ΑΜΕΑ friendly με μόνη υποσημείωση ότι χρειάζεται σήμανση στο parkingγια συγκεκριμέμη θέση ΑΜΕΑ αυτοκίνήτου

Cooles hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das zimmer ist gross und sauber, aber alles da was man braucht. Ich fand das Frühstück super. Die lage vom Hotel ist leider etwas ausserhalb und man kommt zu fuss nicht in die stadt. Ich komme gerne wieder
