This hotel is not only very well located, it also has a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Rooms have very comfy beds and pillows so you'll get a great quality of sleep here. The service is excellent, in both the bar and the restaurant. We enjoyed the Christmas decorations and the common areas, this is a hotel with soul and personalit. We walked from here to the Christmas market and multiple museums. The only point that needs improvement is the breakfast, the coffee was average, limited bread selection and no pancakes or waffles, I have been to cheaper hotels with better breakfast. Parking is conveniently located and decently priced. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and the overall experience was great so we definitely will back to this hotel as we want to use the spa next time.

We booked a komfort room. Was very clean and with simple modern furnishing. It was quiet and the air con worked well which is needed in the heat of August. Slightly annoying that it beeped and flashed when the hotel set timer switched it off automatically after a set period. We weren’t expecting this and it woke us up with a start in the middle of the night. Unfortunately the garage on site was not able to fit our high car as the hotel has limited parking with high head space. We found a parking nearby in a pay and display place, so not a huge problem. We didn’t eat breakfast in hotel which was probably a mistake as we found the local (nearby hotel) cafes to be not particularly appetising, maybe we just picked the wrong ones. However we did find a great restaurant in walking distance called La Kramerei. You need to book, at least in August. I can recommend the hotel.

Stayed in my way out and the way back, what’s great little hotel very simply decorated but very clean and great receptionist who remembered me on my return. Great views over the mossel river and only a short walk to the centre with ample Parking. Thanks for having me enjoyed meeting you

La stanza viene pulita 1x ogni 3 giorni e le tute usate vengono poi tolte, quindi una montagna di sporco sul pavimento, non una faccia piacevole. Nessuna ventilazione nella stanza, la finestra può essere in una posizione di ventilazione, ma se la stanza è davanti(strada) allora il rumore del traffico della strada pressione è TEDE, la finestra deve rimanere chiusa ma nessun aria fresca non è bello. Troppo pochi parcheggi, davvero un disastro, e quindi ancora domande al check-out: se la tua auto è in un HOTEL Parcheggio,(e quindi anche lì soldi per domande) No, naturalmente non sono abbastanza. un hotel sul Nivo di un alloggio giovanile, senza alcuna sensazione di hotel, per me non ripetere, Francese Florin (NL) #2117 soggiorno 13/10 fino 20/10 2023

L'hotel ci ha piaciuto bene, non è nel mezzo della cosa, ma si è in città veloce. Eravamo una notte qui. Poiché non c'era aria condizionata nella stanza abbiamo aperto la finestra perché altrimenti l'aria si sconvolge molto rapidamente nella stanza. Non eravamo più soli nella stanza, ci facevamo le spine e le mutande. Ma l'hotel non può fare nulla per questo, non c'era neanche un piccolo frigo, non e' cosi' male per un soggiorno.

When you go to a 4* hotel, you expect a certain level of quality such as having a fridge in the room and air con (all requirements for an international 4* . We were in the best room possible (bar the suite) and had none of the above, nor a kettle. The lack of amenities is disappointing and misleading (although I do not know if the star classification for Germany says that there needs to be aircon/fridge/tea/coffee making facilities.) When we arrived we were disappointed to find that this hotel is located in an industrial area. You have to drive between 2 car garages to get there. It does overlook a nice park but I pity the people who had car park view and view of the job centre opposite (approx half the hotel.) It seems the rooms are very hit and miss. A huge proportion will be on the car park side/job centre) side and the more expensive rooms will overlook the park. But the ones in the souterrain (basement) overlooking the park look like they might be quite dark. Our room had a nice balcony and was nicely furnished but we paid a lot to have this. The spa area is nice but lots of it is outdoors (i.e. to get to the relax room and one of the saunas you have to go outside.) We did not try breakfast. I feel the management should manage expectations and downgrade it to a 3* (at least for non-German travellers).

Che delusione, il personale che prima era così simpatico è oggi dei più sgradevoli a parte la ricezione. Abbiamo preso dei caffè al bar lounge alle 16:00, quando siamo venuti per l’aperitivo alle 19:00, le tazze non erano ancora state sbarazzate, questo nonostante il fatto che tra le 17:00 e le 19:00 non c’era davvero grande mondo da servire. Al ristorante, il server è di una condescendenza fuori norma, scherzoso e poco piacevole. Il pranzo era buono, a parte un’entrata immangiabile, un paste suri che ha pensato aveva trascorso la data di scadenza da un momento ... Che triste di non avere una carta dei vini lussemburghesi (come era il caso prima) Il ristorante è stato in grado di produrre più prodotti del terreno. Il colazione è perso in qualità, il salmone fumato è spesso e pieno di pelle e grasso, le uova infettate in vacuo, i pancake, della carta. Senza parlare del personale, così aggressivo e insoddisfacente, una giovane ragazza che si trova sul muro aspetta guardando i clienti con disprezzo. Questo hotel non è più quello che era, la gestione alla francese, gli ha tolto tutta la sua anima, è davvero un peccato. Il servizio là è meno buono che in un ibis budget, che spreco. Il tempo è di mettere un manager degno di nome che sarà su tutti i fronti ( presente e investito), in grado di garantire il benessere del suo personale. Forse les employés auront alors le sourire et l’ambition de travailler...
