Villa Podere Quartarola

Beautiful property, very good structure of the house, three independent apartments with a lot of privacy, great view and yet the second worst agriturismo we ever visited. The worst one is Case Nuova a few hundred meters further. The biggest objection is the cleanliness. Apartment: The pillows and the table on the outside area were extremely dirty. Dust in the kitchen. The refrigerator was not clean. After the shower the bathroom stinks of urine very badly- the urine is coming back from the toilet pipe? The drainage of the shower was so bad that the water overflowed the whole bathroom. The pool area: Each parasol is different. The sunbeds differ very much from the nice wooden beds on the pictures. There are no sitting areas as indicated in the pictures. There is no view as in the pictures, because of the green thick fence covering this- also the reason of the extreme heat- no wind even though the pool is on the mountain. The soft beds/pillows are extremely dirty. On Saturday the owner's friends and or family were sitting at the table at the pool- they left an extremely dirty table with food and drinks. We could not wait to leave. Other guests staying at the same time were also very disappointed. Such a pity! This place could be very nice with a bit of care.
