We were in Trebinje for the first time and we chose the Integra hotel based on a recommendation. Unfortunately, our expectations according to the reviews we read were very bad. We arrived in the late afternoon, although we announced that we would arrive later, no one told us that there would be no parking, even though we were told during the reservation that the hotel has its own parking lot. When we arrived, I first waited for the receptionist for 10 minutes and looked for him around the hotel, and then the gentleman appeared and when I asked where to park, he told me that unfortunately there was no space. When I asked what we should do with the car now, he first shrugged his shoulders, and only when I said that it was unacceptable and that during the reservation I was told that the hotel had a parking lot (one of the reasons why we chose it) did he suggest that we go to the nearby city parking lot and that the hotel would bear the parking costs. That's what they did. I asked to talk to the manager of the hotel to see if she had a better solution, but Milan talked to her and the two of them apologized, so he gave me a message that the manager agreed with his solution. We stayed in the new part of the hotel, which is really nice and clean, modern and stylishly decorated. A new unpleasant surprise was for breakfast. At 8:30 the breakfast was cold (eggs, pies...), the sliced cucumber had a yellow color which indicates its age, the cured meat products had a green color which also indicates that they are not for eating, the croissants were expensive and burnt. The husband waited 15 minutes. for a new round of croissants, but that round was also overcooked and black. Serious omission in the kitchen. All in all, a very nice hotel, excellent location, but with unprofessional service and a bad breakfast. I would not repeat the choice of accommodation.
