Hotel Central Park

This hotel is based in an old Austro-Hungarian building. It is full of charm and character. It is fabulously located across from the town square, where morning markets are held. The hotel is only 150 m away from the old town and lots of dining options. The hotel has a large reception, dining and breakfast area on the ground floor. The building is serviced by two lifts, but has a staircase right next to the lifts in case you’re feeling more energetic. Our room faced the main square, and was of a nice proportions. We did note however, the lack of teacups and kettle. The bathroom was a good size with a shower that had both a handheld showerhead and also a fixed showerhead as well. The air-conditioner struggles on the hotter days, seldom getting the room room below 22.5°C. The curtains also hardly fitted the window, allowing early-morning lighting along the edges of the window frame. Breakfast was fairly standard but constantly refreshed by staff. The hotel offers laundry services which are done very quickly at a very reasonable price. We didn’t bring a car, but it’s certainly appears that parking is in short supply around the hotel given it is in the centre of the city. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and this town and if you ever visit, I would give consideration to staying here.

The Hotel is very beautiful, clean ,warm and cozy. The rooms are not Big, but they are big enough to do what you need and to walk around comfortable. The view was so nice and it had thick curtains to shield us from the morning light. We had a problem with the card and electricity, but it was solved. Good dinner, nice deserts and great Breacfast!

Great location in the venter of the town. Very good rooms but without slippers, vpffee and tea maker and a balcon. The air condition didn't work and tje night receptionost said: "There is nothing I can do, wait until tomorrow". Many shops and restaurants in the neiighbborhood.

Stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour in August 2022. We arrived in the evening so unloaded everything and checked in which was fairly quick. The hotel is right in the middle of the town so is easy to find. There are a few steps up and into the lobby so something to bear in mind if you've got a big suitcase. Our room was on the first floor so we carried our cases up rather than taking the lift. The twin room was at the end of the corridor so it was nice and quiet. The room was compact, but it was fine for a one-night stay. The beds were comfy and everything was clean and tidy. The room also had a TV, desk and chair. The bathroom was also compact but all very new. The shower itself was quite large, modern and had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. The wifi was good - it had good range and speed. The hotel does laundry if you want any done (see the price list). Breakfast downstairs had a good selection of hot and cold foods, juices and hot drinks. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall, a good place for a short stay.

Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast and restaurant served delicious food, location is wonderful right by a nice park and the room was comfortable. Would definitely return to this cute hotel in a charming town.

We were with a tour group .... hotel was clean and central. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Great showers and wifi. Rooms were really warm ... temperature was set at 24.5 ... and I couldn't figure out how to change it ..... left window open - which fixed it !

The hotel is beautifully maintained and has an excellent staff who are pleased to help with anything you need. It is quiet and is in a perfect location.

The drive from Dubrovnik airport took an hour, as the border was relatively quiet. I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist, who checked me in quickly. The room was ready at 11:30 am, which was much appreciated. The smallish room featured an old school decor. Everything was clean and tidy and in good condition. There were two single beds pushed together, a small desk, a fridge/minibar and a safe (which was loose in the closet and could be carrid away, should someone so wish). There was no room for a sitting area. There were sockets by the bed for charging your devices. There is free wifi, but it is a bit sporadic, falling off the grid every now and then and, at times, slow. The curtains were of a light colour, which might look nice, but they do little to keep the room dark in the early morning. The bathroom came with a walk-in shower with good water pressure. There was both an overhead as well as a handheld shower. The only amenities consisted of wall-mounted hand soap and shampoo. The airconditioning only works when the keycard is placed in the slot by the door. And there’s no way to trick the slot by placing just any card in there. As the airconditioning was struggling in the summer heat, I had to ask for an extra key to keep the a/c running all day, and even so, it only managed to take the temperature down to about 24. Fortunately, after sunset, the room cooled down further to a more comfortable 22 before bedtime. Breakfast was served in the breakfast room from 7 to 10. It was the usual affair, a self-serve buffet with several hot items such as fried eggs and omelettes, bread, cold cuts and cheeses, cereals, youghurt and some fresh fruit. It gave you a good start of the day. The hotel restaurant offers affordable foodall day both in the downstairs restaurant as well as on the terrace outside. The cherry cake was excellent! The hotel is located right on the main square, Trg Slobode, a short walk from the Old Town and all the sights. The hotel was well worth the price, 50 EUR a night including breakfast. I will be sure to stay at the Central Park Hotel again if my travels take me to Trebinje in the future!
