Hotel in zona DIORAMA VALLEY, Trawas

Il paesaggio è davvero buono, ho voluto essere baby-moon e mio marito mi ha portato di nuovo qui, ho avuto la cabina no. 1 quindi non è troppo lontano, molto soddisfatto di farla tranquilla, il meno è che la porta di vetro della vasca è all'interno, quindi è molto difficile seppellirlo se vuoi entrare perché souwempiiitt il resto è davvero bene e soddisfatto *************

Kami upgrade ke kamar , maksudnya biar tetap pakai AC dan dingin . Tetapi AC di kamar kami 5 510 ? (Posisi kamar tepat di depan lift.) malah tdk dingin. Kalo yg satunya lagi lumayan lah dinginnya. Bener2 merusak mood suami saya saat nginep disitu. Padahal dia sdh lelah pingin tidur yg nyaman. Kami sdh complain , yg datang petugas2 yg tdk mumpuni, shg tdk memecahkan persoalan. Coba tolong di check lah fasilitas2 hotel yg penting banget spt itu. #thx utk Christmas dinnernya.

Implementando il protocollo di salute, come il controllo della temperatura corporea per l'ospite, fornendo i servizi di igiene e lavanderia a mano in alcuni luoghi, tutti i dipendenti indossano maschera e schermo. La camera è dotata di un sigillo sulla porta della camera, per indicare che nessuno entra nella stanza dopo essere stata pulita e sanitata. E si trova a soli 100 metri dall'entrata del trono Putuk. Dear K Gallery , I as a customer hotel said thank you for receptionist or front officer in loby area for they hospitality but not for your ”room division manager” SO RUDE !!! Really , omg , i've never been feel like that , your service is very bad & not unfreindly !! I booked villa by whastapp , at 1st time i said for 15 people and they text me back NOTHING about how many people i bought ! They just told bout rate villa & i choose 3 bedrooms . I call them n talk bout promo they said they gave me 6 breakfast and i asked facilities likes paintball . When i arrived there while they clean the villa , i asked the receptionist , i asked PERMISSION can i have lunch in there loby , and she said no problem !!! While we EATING , i dont know 'THE MANAGER' speak to my SPV and start looking ”BLAME ” us , the point is we must take extra bed cz they villa just for 6 PEOPLE!! I THINK ONLY JUST CZ WE EAT IN THE LOBBY !! CZ WHEN I CHECKED IN THE RECEPTIONIST THEY NOT TOLD BOUT THAT . HEY I'VE TEXTING BOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE & WHEN WE TALK BY PHONE WHY IF K GALLERY BE DIFFERENT W/ ANY VILLA HOTEL LIKE JAMBULUWUK , HARISS VILLA MALANG , VILLA AMARTA HILLS , ETC . . . WHY U NOT EXPLAINED AT THE FIRST TIME ??!! ITS NOT BOUT MONEY , ITS MORE BOUT CLEAR IN THE BEGINNING NOT IN THE END . However , we're 11 people plus 3 extra bed and we didn't play paintball , we're not enjoyed it at all . Seriously . . . I hope , your hotel service is more good , friendly and that the future is not the same thing happen.

Un po' deluso dalla pulizia. Mi aspettavo che quando arrivassi alla cabina potessi godere immediatamente la stanza, ma poi dovevo aspettare che il personale cambiasse la lenzuola perché ci erano punti sulla lenzuola, che era ok se la lenzuola non poteva essere rimossa, ma purtroppo posso essere pulita se E' meglio che tutti i membri del personale si sentano come gli ospiti che si trovano in bobocabina siano persone che passano tempo in cabina. Per questo è molto importante preoccuparsi della pulizia e conforto degli ospiti da considerare perché il prezzo presentato non è anche economico. Grazie.

Ho scritto un recensione lunedì scorso, ho anche postato foto, ma dopo 3 giorni tutto è scomparso! Che cosa è successo? Pensavo che gli ospiti avessero il diritto di scrivere un recensione! E' abbastanza giusto! La mia esperienza in questo posto era cattiva. È necessario un completo riparazione e deve essere pulito correttamente!! Quando si siede nella sala colazione, guardate il grande cappello pieno di insetti morti e polvere. Il cibo è servito in spazi sporchi e non è buono nemmeno!! Le Villas sono grandi con belle viste, ma non appena si cammina dentro, si può capire quanto siano vecchie, c'è un forte odore.È deludente vedere che, dato che il posto ha un grande potenziale!!!

Hotel ny lokasi sangat strategis,harga sangat terjangkau,dgn fasilitas yg memadai .kebersihan jg dpt nilai jempol.nyaman tenang,dgn d kelilingi taman dn balkon yg view ny bagus aman nyaman ,angkat topi buat sinergi

This place is quiet new. love the first time when we entrance the lobby area. the staffs were helpful all the time, great value for money, the location is easy to reach from anywhere. clean and comfort room while we stay. delicious food and beverage at the breakfast menus (we love the gado gado live stall). Overall this is the best hotel in Mojokerto so far!
