Overall the place was nice, clean & in a good area. The only thing I feel needed to be fixed was the outside door was always unlocked. Even though we were sent a code to get in? Never had to use it. Could become a security problem coming in late.

I haven't traveled in a very long time and this was a fantastic experience. Everything from the ease of the entire process, to the perfect location, the reasonable price, and everything else, was perfect. I will be recommending and using kasa again in the future!

Room was clean and updated. Shower was great. Easy to figure out the codes into the building and room. Would come back again.

Glad we chose this hotel. It’s new, so the rooms were fresh and clean. The bed was comfy. Nice fresh linens. There is a hairdryer. They have plenty of plugs for dryer, curling ion etc. They have a kettle to boil water for tea and coffee. There is a small mini fridge and microwave. They have sugar and cream packets but no stir sticks. People mentioned the small trash can. I thought it was the perfect medium size. The hand soap, shampoo and conditioner smell AMAZING. There is a breakfast place almost across the street but if you want to shop and eat downtown it’s a short drive. There is a small area out back to sit and play a few games.

As a newly opened facility, everything looks lovely and feels fresh; fun to think we might have been the first people to sleep in our room! A couple of things we noted that could use some improvement, though... upon arrival, we had to wander around blindly searching for the oddly-located and unlabeled elevator. Please put up some directional signage! Also, as mentioned previously, the rooms definitely need larger/additional trash cans.

The location is excellent, and it is a good value. The room is clean but stark. The bad is you can't turn the volume up on the TV and with the air conditioner on you can't even hear the TV. There is no ice machine or vending in the hotel. We even got a text saying we exceed the noise level in the room. It was my wife and daughter, and we were not loud, creepy to think there are listening in the room.

My family and I absolutely LOVED our stay! Seamless, contact-free check-in process. Place is clean, great Wi-Fi and we all felt safe. Very comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and nice amenities! Hotel is just a short drive to the beach, with some great coffee shops around the area (we recommend Mundos HQ).

We had an excellent stay. Great location for our activities on the Mission Peninsula, great price, and all the amenities we needed to have a very nice three day stay.
