We arrived at the Hotel and after we received our room we noticed the AC was not cooling I called the front desk to asked them to fix it and the manager said let me call maintenance and see what they say.. ok I waited 1 hr no change and I called again .. this time she tells me ok I’ll call maintenance again and see what they say mean while we are hot as hell and no call from the front desk. Next day I spoke to other guests and they expressed the same concern about the AC at this moment my wife and I are leaving… we had reservations form 6/23 to 6/27 but had plans to stay till 6/30 at that point we packed our bags bought a plane ticket to Portugal and we are leaving and not coming back ever to this place we are planing to go to another hotel called Gran Hotel Balneario de Puente Viesgo I hear it’s much better hotel. So if you like AC in your room I subject to look to stay in another hotel. Hope this helps you.

L'hotel è pulito e senza spa. La piscina termica spa apre un'ora lunga dalle 8 alle 10, che è molto conveniente. Il buffet da pranzo €18 per persona è ragionevole e il cibo è buono. Il colazione è medio, mancanza di piatti caldi. Il bar caffè offre una cucina thailandese, che sono piccoli, ma molto piccoli.Io e mio marito abbiamo ordinato tre corsi principali, ma erano ancora fame. Volevamo ordinare il 4° corso ”Style Thai beef wok” con un'altra tazza di riso e pagheremmo per il riso, ma la cameriera ha rifiutato solo perché una tazza di riso non è sul menu! Suggerisco all'hotel di rimuovere il Style Thai beef wak dal menu se non sono in grado di fornire una tazza di riso per andare con esso. Questo è autentico stile thailandese di mangiare! Molto deluso! Il servizio di caffè deve migliorare, troppo rigido, non orientato al cliente.

We booked the apartments which are by the main hotel. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 4. We had a massive queen sized bed in main bedroom, with a separate room sort of bunk beds, as the bed pulled out from under the other so alot better than bunk style. Bed were so comfy and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a spa bath (kids loved this). Our room had robes to use for the spa and plenty of spare towels if needed. We hired a car as I did my research before we went as around 15minutes drive to beach which is stunning and a surfers paradise. 20minute drive to the local nature park which I highly recommend, with cable cars and full of all types of wildlife. Defiantly need a car to get round all the areas as I think it's 750 acres of park. The local luna supermarket had everything we needed as we stayed bed & breakfast. The breakfast was lovely, you need to ask for eggs, sausage & bacon as not self served as cooked fresh and pancakes too. But they offer continental style, lots of fruit, yummy cakes and croissants, variety of breads with a toaster, yogarts and fresh squeezed orange juice. The Spa in apartments was lovely, Our boys wanted to be in there everyday but could do a slight revamp in some parts. We went into the hotel spa which is amazing, so much to do in there with sauna, various jacuzzis styles, hottubs but after 7pm no children as adults only. It's a small village so not much to do here but very peaceful and the views from our Appartment were stunning mountain views. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside I would say is there do have parties of various styles at the hotel which we wasn't told about but we didn't mind as went for a drive out & explored the area. Would recommend as a true Spanish relaxation get away. We would recommend 👌
