Logis Hôtel La Rosière

What a great little gem this was at a late hour. Having been delayed on our tour of Normandy, we found that a over night stay was needed. We phoned the Hotel La Rosiere and found that they had a triple room at a dicount price of 65 Euro's. Not knowing what to expect on arrival. The greeting was so friendly and welcoming. My sister spoke fluent French that maid it easier, but in broken English my wife and i could understand what was being said. We were shown the room on arrival to see if we were happy with it. The room number was 101, with plenty of room for all three of us. It was segregated into two halves by a deviding curtain. With it being in the eaves of the roof, at times you had to watch your head as i'm over 6ft tall. The shower and toilet were together, but at no time did you feel cramped. We turned up with nothing to wash with, but the essential such as shower gel, towels and soap were provided. There was even coffee making equipment in the room. The room was spotlessly clean, and the sleep quality was fantastic. We asked if there was any amenities close to get some thing to eat. This only took a 5 minute drive to reach. The breakfast was a buffet style , and you could go back as many times as you wanted until you were full. This was a extra 10 Euro's per person. ( Well worth it ) The views around this place were fantastic to. There was so much to do around this area that it would make a perfect base to travel from. Would we stop again at this hotel ? We would gladly recoremend this hotel to any of our friends and family. Lets hope that this little place keeps going for a very very long time. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The hotel's prime location offered easy access to the historic D-Day Beaches, just an hour away from Le Havre. The hotel staff extended a remarkably friendly and warm welcome, setting the tone for a delightful stay. Furthermore, the breakfast provided an ideal start to the day ahead.

Friendly and welcoming staff, they were informative and helpful and provided a good evening meal at the bar with an excellent buffet breakfast. Rooms were clean and beds comfy although somewhat basic and on the small side. Pleasant gardens and large car park , we would return.

Bonjour, Fort de notre 1ere expérience de 2015, nous sommes retournés pour un nouveau séjour de 3 jours sur les plages de Normandie à un groupe de 11 personnes. Nous avons à nouveau séjourné à l'hôtel LA ROSIERE qui nous avait tant charmé et plu l'année passée. Toujours un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Les chambres sont toujours aussi propres et pratiques. La literie et couvertures (couettes) sont impeccables. Le petit déjeuner est excellent il ne manque rien. Cet hôtel est toujours complet. Il faut réserver à l'avance. Les extérieurs jardin et parking sont bien entretenus. Nous avions cette année la chambre 25, de taille correcte, avec une douche,wc,avec une petite fenêtre tv, étagère pour couverture et oreillers en plus. Un placard avec des cintres et étagères pour ranger les vêtements. Une petite terrasse devant avec une table et 2 chaises pour prendre le frais. l'apéro ou discuter avec les voisins. Je conseille cet établissement et si à nouveau je retourne dans la région, je reviendrai à cet hôtel. Rapport / Qualité / Prix la chambre double est à 45 E avec petit déjeuner compris.(gâteaux faits maison). Nous avons réservés une chambre avec entrée individuelle. Chambre spacieuse propre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Propriétaires juste geniaux. Des gens simples, attentifs à vos besoins et trés sociables. Nuit au calme. Petit dej parfait avec des produits frais. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😁
