Picked this campsite as it was near to the Normandy beaches and the only one we could get into. What a little gem. Only small but had a lovely welcome and the pitch was large and flat. Sanitary facilities were ok ( no toilet seats) and push button showers but plenty of hot water. Ideal for getting into Arromanches

What a lovely site! Alexandra, who runs it, is very helpful. We stayed (2 motorhomes) for 3 nights and would have stopped longer had time allowed. Spotless facilities. It's a small site so best to book as very popular. Both walked and biked into Arromanches; there's a quiet road / track that leads you down from the site. Definitely somewhere to return to.

Flat pitches, spotless facilities, a very welcoming and helpful owner and lovely fresh croissant delivered every morning. Very reasonably priced as someone used to UK prices. Head up the hill and take a left at the roundabout to find a quiet country lane leading down to the town of Arromanche.

Absolutely brilliant little camping site, 5 minutes from town. Pitches are laid out and good size, site is next too a road so a little noise. But generally quiet, shower toilets and site all very clean and well kept. The lady that runs the site is very welcoming and helpful. I would not hesitate to use again superb

Petit camping de 30 emplacements. La propreté y règne sur les emplacements, les sanitaires. Joliment arboré. Propriétaire sympathique et aux petits soins. Boulanger chaque mâtiné période estivale. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Fijne schone camping. Eigenaresse legt alles duidelijk uit in langzaam Frans. Kleine camping, dus reserveer. Stukje an de zee te zien als je gaat staan. Omlopen naar het strand d want gevaarlijke weg. De eigenaresse waarschuwt hier ook voor.

Difficile souvent de dire PARFAIT… ben ici, au petit camping des BAS CARREAUX… la perfection est atteinte ! Quel accueil chaleureux !! 🥰 c’est vraiment très agréable. Certains terrains sont boueux quand il a plu durant plusieurs jours. La responsable ne voulait pas nous garder par peur que l’on s’embourbe … mais après avoir insisté un petit peu, nous avons trouvé un super emplacement… et nous y sommes restés … nous étions et sommes ravis de ce petit séjour ici. De bons conseils, sommes allés au village à pieds … si facile et rapide c’est génial ! Les plages sont non loin …. Nous en moto … c’était cool !! Les sanitaires sont au top 👌… allez y sans à priori… ils sont super sympa … par contre « petit camping » peut être c’est bien de réserver … ce que nous n’avons pas fait mais sait on jamais. Merci encore à eux pour tout.

Très beau petit camping (30 places)calme . sanitaires propres espaces bien entretenus accueil sympathique. Tarif correct 17€40 la nuit avec électricité.je recommande . idéal pour une étape en camping car
