This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and full of amenities - spacious bathtub, large dining platform, inviting living room with a comfy couch. And a very peaceful and connecting environment.
Take a morning walk in the Veteran's part - just 5 minutes away and enjoy proximity to retail, food, and grocery stores under 1 mile. Tracy's downtown which is known for good food, events, theater, and antique collections is just is 7-10-minute drive. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:30 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:- No parties or events or glitter are allowed
- No substance, smoking, marijuana, vaping inside/front/backyard is allowed. $700 penalty for violation.- Please respect the noise curfew between 10 pm - 7 am.
- No unregistered guests are allowed. $500/person for violation or no refund cancellation,- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms
- Please no laundry between 4 pm - 9 pm.
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.

Big house, great host!
We had a big family wedding and this was the perfect gathering house. Open layout, kid friendly, and great host who answered any questions and was super gracious to let us stay there and make some amazing memories!

Mini family reunion
Five of us were visiting family in Tracy for a big birthday party. We needed a place where we could be together and that was close to the event at my sister‘s house. This house served that purpose well. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs.

Nice Home, Excellent Owner
It started with a surprise hidden by a prior guest, but the Owner was very responsive and sent the cleaning crew back to address the issue immediately. The home is located in a clean and safe neighborhood. Unlike many others, you can't tell this is a VRBO from the street because it is well-maintained. We left a few valuables behind, and the Owner was kind enough to mail them to us without an extra charge. That was very kind.
