The Retreat at Water's Edge is a gated tiny home community that combines serene mountain woodlands with luxury tiny home living. The area boasts incredible hiking trails, waterfalls, unique restaurants, and the stunning University of the South in Sewanee. Sweetens Golf Club is only 25 mi.
