About everything in this hotel is perfect. The room was spacious and very clean and silent (triple glazing). The spa is amazing. Staff is very friendly. The food was excellent with sufficient choice on the daily menu. Great location for hiking and winery visits.

I love this place. Was my third time. I was staying here for 2 nights with my mom. Great service, very professional and friendly staff. The building has history, at the same time it is newly renovated and has an incredibly amazing Spa and fitness area. You can book the newer rooms which offer AC in the summer. Breakfast and dinner are fabulous. Traben-Trarbach is a great place for walking, biking and relaxing. As a mom of 3, I am quite happy about the fact, that this hotel does not allow kids. It is very quite. They also have a parking garage which makes things so much easier. This is def one of my favorite hotels in all Germany.

Great hotel and spa, breakfast and three course dinner were delicious. Hotel was very accommodating with a larger group for dinner. Recommend the sauna meister and the indoor/outdoor pool. Also close proximity to the river and wineries.

Mythos Mosel - we travelled from New Zealand to this amazing event and stayed at this place - what a germ! The staff was amazing, nothing was a problem and everyone in this place went the extra mile - we really enjoyed our stay! If you want to relax, this is an absolute fantastic place. Spend three days with my wife here to do as little as possible and just enjoy the view, the spa and the relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is clean and well-equipped, the spa is brilliant, and the view is great. Why not five stars, then? When we arrived, the very friendly receptionist told us we could reach out if we had any needs. At bedtime on the first day, we learned that the room was crazy hot. More than 25 degrees, we could see and feel. We asked the receptionist how to turn on the A/C, as it did not run. Unfortunately, we couldn't. The central system was still not turned on, as 'it was still not hot enough during nights for the system to be turned on'. Our room was directly above the spa and facing the sun... so it was boiling. But there was nothing to do and we asked several times. The manager had decided the system should not be turned on. This is an example of a very modest request that was not met, and I don't understand it. It makes the difference between a perfect stay and a good stay. We got a discount of 40 euros, which is ridiculous when we paid around 1700 euros. It is better not to give any at all, then. I regret sharing this experience because it is a nice hotel, and the staff is super friendly, but my stay was not perfect.

They are not children friendly at all! We are a family with 2 small kids and because someone told us that the restaurant is good we booked a table to lunch there. But when we arrived a worker told us that kids are not welkome and that we couldn't eat there...
