Excellent. Will definitely stay when returning again. Delicious dinner and breakfast with attentive service. Great experience overall. Hotel was comfortably warm despite snowing during our stay. The staff even cleared the snow on our car in the morning before we left. Very thoughtful. Thanks to all the staff for wonderful stay.

Hotel is 3km away from Tateyama station, good place to stay for Kurobe Alphine Route. Staff were helpful in explaining all details and directions for the Alphine Route,even helped us to reserve car delivery at the station a day in advance. Dinner and breakfast were good,very satisfying.

温泉非常不錯，屬於鹼性水質，對皮膚特別好，泡完都感覺皮膚亮亮的，很舒服。温泉很大，有各種的泡法，户外的露天温泉也挺漂亮的，室內的有泡泡池，也有沖擊力大的可以療養累極的雙腿。 吃的懷石料理很好吃，富山縣有很好的海鮮，每個晚上都吃的很精緻。 服務員非常到位，也有懂得中文的服務員。 冬天去有很壯觀的雪景，旁邊還有兩個中型滑雪場，方便滑雪。

산 속 맑은 공기가 인상적인 곳이에요. 이런 곳은 연령층이 높은 분들이 좋아할텐데 어린이들을 위한 커다란 짐이나 뽑기 등이 있어서 어린아이를 데리고 오면 좋을 듯 싶네요. 식사는 료칸스타일로 정식 차림이라 뷔페가 아니어서 좋았으나 이 호텔은 어느 연령층을 생각하고 시설을 활용하는지 혼돈이 생기네요.

前台接待員杏香小姐一直很努力解答我們上立山黑部的問題而且會一直幫我們翻譯，絕對是我來幾十次日本最好的接待員。酒店的溫泉很好，中而且露天環境美麗。兩天的4餐都不同，很好。

스탭도 친절하고 무엇보다도 밥이 너무 맛있어요! 석식 조식 다 맛있는데 특히 석식은 완전 제대로 대접받는 느낌이에요. 호텔도 넓고 사람들로 붐비지 않아서 오히려 좋습니다 방도 넓고 온천도 좋은 것 같아요. 주변경치는 말할것도 없이 멋지고 다음에도 근방에 여행오게된다면 여기 밥먹으러 숙박할것같아요

環境乾淨，很滿意！很豐富的一泊兩食，好好食！房間也很大，放兩個大行李都無問題！下次會再選擇呢間酒店！

酒店服務滿意，前台職員有禮貌，設施方面沒有特別，食物質素好滿意，每樣食物都非常精緻，用餐職員有禮貌及有笑容。

酒店比較鄉下 老舊，但是晚餐 早餐都挺好的

酒店的服務很好。酒店提供接送服務。晚餐和早餐都很驚艷。吃過很多日本料理，但是這家做的非常精緻和正宗。

Yoshikawa, a mandarin speaking staff who took care of us at the private dining room was immaculate with her service! We enjoyed our meal and felt very at home with her communicating with us and introducing all the dishes and taught us some Japanese cultures and we had great conversation All mandarin speaking guests should come look for her ! She is a gem to this hotel!
